Ocean Forest Plaza Unit # 1111, "Once Upon A Meadow"is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath Oceanfront condo on the 11th floor with great views and sounds of the ocean and outdoor pool area.

The bedroom has a king bed with super comfortable memory foam mattress and linens, a comfortable chair, carpeting, flat screen TV, dresser, sink/vanity area. The bathroom has a full size tub/shower, blow dryer, and plenty of luxurious soft towels.
The living area has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, swivel rocker, a large flat screen smart TV, free WiFi, board games, books and magazines for your enjoyment.

The kitchen is well stocked with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, beverage bar area, drip coffee pot, single serve coffee machine, blender, pots and pans, plenty of counter space, and much more.

Enjoy drinks and food at the large peninsula with comfortable bar stools.

The large balcony is the perfect place to read a book or take a nap listening to the waves on the comfortable sectional furniture. There are beach chairs for your convenience to use on the beach.

Enjoy using the indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor pool, sauna, and laundry room.

This condo is our home away from home. It is a place where you can relax, feel comfortable, spend time with your family, or just recharge yourself. We are owner operated and our goal is for guests to enjoy their stay and to look forward to coming back every year to experience the perfect vacation.

Fantastic QUIET and clean!

My fiancé, 4 year old daughter, and I stayed a week at this VRBO and it was a delight! Pools were clean and quiet, beach access was amazing, unit was well-equipped and comfortable! Absolutely loved the view and how quiet it was even for spring break. Would love to stay again!!

Great view

We did a 6 night stay and enjoyed our time.Great view and set up on the balcony. Parking - going up and down the ramps is a bit tight but is doable. Tip - get as close to the ramp as you can, then back up a bit and straighten out your vehicle as much as you can - it is much easier this way. If you just drive and go up/down the ramp in one motion your vehicle will be very close to the concrete walls (there are marks where many people have scraped). Parking would not deter us from staying here again.... just go slow and back up where helpful.Elevators - there are 3 on the property so we never had to wait long which was great.Thank you for a great stay.

Relaxing stay

This condo was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. We loved looking out at the ocean and watching for dolphins and watching the sunrise. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub and of course the beach! The only downside is the tight turns in the parking ramp. Wish we had a smaller car! The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Teachers winter getaway

My gf and I are both teachers. Our kids were with their other parents during our stay and we decided we were going to get away, just the two of us. When we got to the place, it was beautiful and you can’t get any closer to the beach than Jerry and Karen’s place. We really enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, and pool after two days of golfing. It was a quick getaway for us, but I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to head down to Myrtle beach. Thank you.

Beautiful View

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and well kept. The view from the balcony (where we spent most of our time) was fantastic! Only a short walk to the beach, and the indoor pool was clean as well! Overall a great stay!

We had a wonderful time at this condo! The hosts were extremely helpful! The unit is beautiful and was exactly as advertised. Location was great and truly enjoyed the ocean view and access for the beach. We’d love to stay again soon!

Wonderful Honeymoon Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Jerry & Karen’s lovely home! We celebrated our nuptials and was extremely happy with the location and condo! The views were amazing from the comfortable patio furniture, the condo was exactly as pictured! It was quiet, which is exactly what we wanted and equipped with everything we needed. The condo was super clean, the bed was so comfortable, and I can’t say enough about all of the fluffy great smelling towels provided! It was close to all attractions but far enough away to have peace and quiet, very easy to navigate the area. They thought of everything you would need while on vacation and we really appreciated that! They were great hosts with clear communication! We rented an SUV, so it was perfect to have access to the outdoor parking lot! We absolutely recommend staying here and plan on revisiting!!

We enjoyed are stay, the unit was small but well appointed. We had brought a trailer to pick up something on the way home and had to find somewhere to leave it (a local towing company was very helpful), but the oversized lot for parking always had spots

We love the beach and this has been a dream for us to have a home away from home. Our condo "ONCE UPON A MEADOW" is named after our first grandchild "Meadow Sage". We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

This building is away from the boardwalk area of Myrtle Beach which means it is less congested. It is in the Cabana District, an area that has cabanas along the beach and surrounded by residential housing. The beach is never crowded.
