It was very convenient for everything downtown. The owner was very communicative and answered my questions very fast. I couldn't believe how fast he answered! The condo was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you! AAA
I was very happy with our stay. Location was great, building security good, super comfy pull out bed, and a great view with comfy seats on the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Close to meeting venue. Much nicer than a comparable hotel room.
Property was as shown on the website, very clean, nicely decorated and equipped. The communication was excellent. I would definitely stay here again. It is super convenient to AmericasMart (so a 5) but I gave the Neighborhood a 1 (average of 3). Downtown Atlanta can be a bit sketchy due to the homeless population.
Location is close to most everything we were doing. We were within walking distance from our conference and restaurants in the area. Ice maker doesn’t work and we had a little difficulty with figuring out the TV. However, everything else was definitely clean, provided a couple of washcloths and we had 4 people and provided hand soap but not bath soap. It was fine as we went to the store and bought our own. Had we known, we would have brought it with us. We would stay here again.

Thank you for the bath soap suggestion. Will add that to the shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, scope, and toothpaste. Hopefully that will cover everything so nobody needs to bring anything.
Glad you had a nice time and would love to have you back for the next conference!
This was our third time staying at the Peachtree Towers but the nicest unit so far. It looks exactly like the pictures and aside from a few dust bunnies, it was clean. I enjoyed spending time on the screened in balcony taking in the view and appreciated the small extra touches available (water and snacks, extra pillows and blankets, plenty of towels, etc.) to make it more comfortable. It's only a few blocks away from the Peachtree Marta station, and within walking distance to several restaurants or you can utilize the basic cookware in the small kitchen if you prefer to eat in. (We used the oven once and could not get the timer feature to work but chalking it up to operator error, lol.) Concierge service was very friendly and we were always greeted as we came and went during our stay.

Can be your perfect location - I had a conference to attend and this was almost across the street and preferred to a hotel. Host was on point - all the little things were provided, no ticky-tack nonsense that can happen with rentals. At the end of the day, it's a 5 star to me because it was functional, clean and safe - plus little host provided perks. You will be almost on top metra/train, can walk to a lot & uber pickup all around. There's a few local & quality cuisine within walking distance, and tons of "touristy" restaurants, like Hard Rock. Hsu's is 2-3 blocks: best Chinese I've had in a long time.
Not used to city life? It might take you a minute to acclimate, lots of people moving around all times of day/night, get used to the homeless, poor, etc asking for help - not pushy, but too many to provide help to all unless you are comfortable giving more $ to one or two a day. It's a touristy area but not a tourist destination, per se, if that makes sense.

The property looked like the pictures. It was clean. Had some trouble getting ahold of the host. The tv remote in living room didn’t work so could not watch tv in living room, really upset my husband. We weren’t told that we would have to pay for parking ahead of time, so an unexpected expense. The welcome chips were expired by two months. Coffee creamers were two years expired, husband used and had to throw coffee out. A lot of homeless sitting near entrance all hours of day and night. Enjoyed the balcony. Appreciated the shampoo and conditioner, wished there was soap/body wash though. Had to find store and buy. Overall would recommend, just be prepared for an additional $100 or so in parking fees.
The property itself was good. It was clean except for the vents in the bathroom and other areas. They were recently not cleaned. Other than that it was fine. The blinds didn't want to come down and when I tried to contact the host I could not. Being from another country I had to call and leave messages which cost me. Eventually I did speak to the host and the problem with the blinds was resolved rather quickly. But the fact that even Expedia could not contact the host on my behalf was concerning. So much so that I will not consider booking through expedia for my next trips. Location got less stars because outside of the apartment building there were a lot of homeless people and others hanging around, partly because of the liquor store on the corner that was open til late. With a group I would not mind aa much but as a woman alone I did not feel very safe.
Nice apartment, easy welcome/access at front desk, clean apartment. Gorgeous sunset views on porch! Water damage on ceiling in bathroom and living room and awkward entry into bathroom (not wheel chair accessible). Alexa cannot actually "turn off lights" as offered in the book of phrases you might try. Alexa can set an alarm or play sleep sounds which is great! Loading dock/15 min parking area is great for unloading/reloading luggage! Parking is NOT included, but there is a AAA Parking on the same block that has covered parking for 35 a day with an attendant for security. I would gladly stay here again if I am in the Atlanta area! Thanks for a nice home away from home this past week!
Spent lovely weekend with family during Dragon Con. Convenient location, great local bakery next street over. Apartment has a TV set up, comfortable with everything needed. Our host is very accommodating and responsive,
Upon arriving at the air b&b, we were pleasantly pleased by the cleaniliness and although located in downtown ATL, it was very quiet behind our door. Our Privacy was never compromised nor was our experience hindered by other patrons. Our host was attentive and responsive during our entire stay. We would definitely stay again.
