Amateur ski, track, off-piste, hiking, ... I settled in Ax which is both a ski resort and a village living all year, which is quite rare.
And as I also like water, I chose a house on the edge of Ariège. But I also like music, reading, crafts, walks, and good meals …

Why they chose this property

In this big house, I had too much room for me. So I redid a lot, to have 5 new apartments and well equipped, and allow nice people to enjoy the mountains. Rents partially amortize the work, and tenants are always pleasant to meet

What makes this property unique

the terrace that allows you to enjoy the sun, eat outside, ...
The river that sings softly, and pleases the fishermen (it's not my case)
The mountain we admire from the terrace, from where we see the gondola traffic that we reached on foot in less than 5 minutes
The possibility to do without a car for 1 week, because we have everything on site.
The proximity to Andorra, for skiing and duty free
