Excellent location

We stayed as a family of 9 over the Easter holidays and we were thoroughly impressed by the property as a whole. It was a short walk to the Disney Village annd the nearest supermarkets and only meters from the nearest bus stop if you wanted a bus instead. The property was very spacious and had everything we needed.

Wonderful

Always stayed onsite at Disney (been 10 times) This time we decided to stay off site. This apartment had best of both worlds, close to Disney but with all the home comforts, and the large shopping centre 5 mins walk away. Apartment was clean and spacious and would definitely stay again. Special mention for Cañas y Tapas restaurant,quality and value for money, especially the calamari.

We want to go again

Easy to get in and out of Paris on the train, can see the drone show each night for Disneyland on the balcony. Bus available 100 yard away to get to Disney (conserve your energy). If you don't want to drive it cannot get much better. Lidl is a short drive though for cheaper food.

amazing, brilliant, made the holiday

we are a family of: grandmother, son and 2 girls, daughter, husband and 1 girl. (7). we loved the apartment.. we loved the views. and if you take the short cut over a field Disneyland is only about a 10 minuet walk, its about 20 if you go the road way. the apartment has everything you need to cater for a large family, and everything was of a high standard. We loved our holiday in the apartment. and would defiantly return to this apartment if we ever came back to Parris/Disneyland. the only down side was we only had one key, but we did manage, and the master bedroom windows locking mechanism was broken when we arrived, it was repaired the same day as we reported it.. we were very impressed.

L'appartement est très bien situé à 15 minutes à pied de Disneyland, on peut voir de loin le spectacle du soir depuis le balcon. L'environnement est très calme. Les équipements sont plutôt correct. La cuisine est au minium, on ne passe pas nôtre temps à cuisiner. Les 2 places de parking en sous-sol sont très pratiques. Quelques marques d'usures apparaissent ici et là.

Fijne woning, alles wat je nodig hebt.

De woning ligt perfect vwb uitzicht, met een soort van dakterras, loopafstand van Disney (15 min als je gewoon doorloopt) en restaurantjes en zeer grote shoppingmall op 10 min lopen. De woning is van alle noodzakelijke gemakken voorzien. Ook de buurt is zeer aangenaam en rustig. Enig minpuntje was dat er maar 1 sleutelset was. Hierdoor kun je niet naar de parkeerkelder als iemand anders met de sleutel op pad is.

Gut mit Mängeln

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage zum shoppen und zum Disneyland. Super Aussicht auf die abendliche Show. Geschirrspüler und Kleiderschrank defekt, Mangel beim Vermieter abgesetzt aber keine Reaktion und auch eine angekündigte Besichtigung seitens Vermieter.

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage

Es ist eine wirklich schöne Wohnung in schöner Lage nahe des Disneyland Parks. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich genossen. Sehr schön auch die Terrasse mit Blick auf den Lac Serris und den Disney Park. Jeden Abend die Drohnen- und Feuerwerkshows genießen. Wir möchten aber auch die negativen Seiten nicht verschweigen. Wo du auch hinschaust, die Wohnung hat ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. Die defekte Tür des Geschirrspülers ist noch das Gefährlichste. Wackelnde Wasserhähne, fehlende Lampenschirme, defekte Einrichtungsgegenstände und Staub überall. In Summe ist die geforderte Miete damit überzogen. Es fehlt eine gründliche Reinigung, Wartung und Reparaturen und insgesamt eine Renovierung der Wohnung.

Eine schöne Wohnung in toller Lage direkt bei Disneyland. Tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Viele Restaurants. Leider viel zu viel Dekoration in der Wohnung vorhanden. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Spülmaschine kaputt, die Tür kommt einem entgegen gefallen und lässt sich nicht schließen. Daher mit Hand waschen müssen. Türen quietschen alle. Die Hälfte der Esszimmer Stühlen zerkratzt, Kunstleder. Tiefgarage Eingang zum Fahrstuhl nicht genau beschildert bzw. nicht beleuchten mussten Taschenlampen vom Handy zücken. Das alles sollte man verbessern. Wir waren nur zum schlafen in der Wohnung und nur von Montag bis Freitag. Es war gut mit Luft nach oben.

Schöne Lage jedoch mit Abstrichen

Die Unterkunft an sich hat eine tolle Lage( wenige Kilometer zum Disneyland, wenige Meter zur Einkaufsmall mit Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäft). Leider ist die Unterkunft renovierungsbedürftig, ob an Schränken,Wasserhähnen, Stühlen etc).

Super Lage

Wir konnten früher in die Wohnung das wahr super für uns. Die Lage der Wohnung perfekt Viel Platz in der Wohnung Müsste einfach nicht so viel Dekorationen haben,braucht man nicht in einer Ferienwohnung Mann müsste vielleicht mal was in die Wohnung investieren. ( ist nur eine Anregung)

Super verblijf, mooie buurt, genoeg te doen

Zit op een perfecte plek... rustige, schone buurt. Je kunt makelijk naar Disney lopen maar ook de bus pakken. Treinstation in de nuurt voor dagje parijs. Mega winkelcentrum en sea life om de hoek Genoeg restaurantjes en een grote supermarkt om de hoek.

Keurig en ruim appartement met perfecte ligging!

De ligging van het appartement was helemaal top. 10 minuten van het winkelcentrum, 15 minuten van het treinstation en 20 minuten van EuroDisney. De auto hebben we maandag geparkeerd in de overdekte garage en vrijdag kwam hij er weer uit. Alles ligt op loopafstand.

Heerlijke vakantie

We hebben met onze familiegroep van 8 een heel leuk verblijf gehad in dit appartement. Voor 8 personen was het appartement ideaal van grootte. Het is een ideale uitvalsbasis voor Disneyland, Parijs en Val d'Europe. Er waren wel weinig kookpotten voor een grote groep. Het appartement was ook niet of weinig gekuist. Hierdoor onze wat lagere score.

Great location

The apartment was in a great location for Disneyland Paris, it was only a 15-20 minute walk. It was in a quiet residential area with lovely views over the lake, and had a good view of the Disney drone & firework displays in the evening. The apartment was a little tired and could do with some TLC. There were quite a few broken cupboard doors, a wobbly tap in the toilet and a hole in the balcony furniture but these were only small things and they wouldn't stop us staying at the apartment again. Communication was excellent, the rental agents were always very helpful.

Lovely property close to Disneyland Paris

A lovely top floor flat, well appointed. 15 - 20 minute walk to Disneyland, and bus and train close. Watched the fireworks from the balcony and can hear the music if the wind in the right direction. Huge shopping centre close by too. Only difficulty we had was the lift being out of action, so 4 flights of stairs to contend with. We would happily stay again in the future.

Excellent location easy walk to Disney in 15 mins and to val de Europe in 15

So easy to access everything in 15 min radius. Excellent shops and restaurants in val de Europe and only 15 mins to Disney. Can sit on balcony and watch fireworks!! Cant fault apartment clean, everything you could possibly need,comfy beds and sofa bed, fridge large enough for number of people - don’t always get that. Checkin easy, questions answered quickly before trip. Really can’t fault it.. Will defiantly be back.
