Beautiful duplex apartment for 4 people, renovated, located in a very quiet residence two mm walk from the beach of St Colomban or Ty Bihan.
The nautical center and restaurants are less than 10 mm on foot.
The apartment is composed of an entrance overlooking a living room with its fitted kitchen., A bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and a toilet / sink.
A parking place
The linen (sheets, towels) is not provided but you can rent it for 10 € / pers.
The cleaning must be done before your departure. It is optional for 60 €.
A deposit check of 400 € is requested upon arrival.
