Village house from 1870 with character, spacious on three levels. In the rdc a big room and a buanderie. On the first floor, kitchen, bathroom and separate wc and 3 bedrooms, one of 23 m2, the second floor a very large living room of 55 m2 overlooking a large terrace south with plancha and pergola will allow you to have breakfast and dinners. Ideal home for large family or tribe, everyone will find his space! A 20 min drive from Avignon, it will allow you to enjoy the festival while being more quiet. Roquemaure is also close to various tourist sites of Provence: Pont du Gard, Uzès, Luberon, Orange and its ancient theater, Nîmes, Arles etc .... The house is also located in the center of the village, it is close to all shops: (a few minutes walk): bakeries, pharmacies, primeur, tobacco, press, supermarket etc ... A municipal swimming pool is open in summer in 10 minutes on foot, allowing to cool off.
