House only dedicated to renting which is located in a small hamlet of 4 houses in a place called Les Chaises.
At the heart of the Sancerrois vineyard with views of Sancerre, the vineyards and the Loire Valley, you can get away with family or lovers for a wee end or more if you wish.
2 hours from Paris by car (A77) or 1 hour and 30 minutes by train station Cosne Cours s / Loire.
If you like wine tastings (Sancerre, Coteaux du Giennois, Menetou Salon, Quincy, Reuilly, Pouilly s / Loire), crottins de Chavignol, golf, Loire, castles, the Loire by bike, small inns, calm, the place is for you.

An immaculate gute with breathtaking views to Sancerre

Patrick was very welcoming and friendly. The gite is positioned perfectly, overlooking the vines and with spectacular views over a 50 mile plus distance. The gite is very well equipped and super clean and comfortable. We loved our stay and would love to go back again.

Great stay!!

We loved our stay in Patrick's very well equipped gite. Everything was perfect. Lots of space both indoor and outdoor and a fantastic view of the wine fields in the curvy landscape. And Patrick's hospitality was the best! Given the chance, we will definitely be back.

A great experience altogether!

What a great property and welcoming hosts. The house is well equipped and sits in a great spot surrounded by vineyards. Plenty of walks from the doorstep and within easy reach of Sancerre and other attractions in the area. Highly recommended and we aim to return.

Perfect gite for a relaxing stay in a great location

The gite is in the perfect location to explore the Sancerre area. We had the most relaxing week, the gite is very well equipped, had everything we needed, lots of comfy chairs in and outside to relax and enjoy the views from. Patrick was an excellent host, whilst on hand gives you the privacy to enjoy the huge garden. Perfect for our dog too, the dog bowls were another sign of the attention to detail in the place. Can’t rate the stay highly enough.

Everything about this place was perfect! The scenery is amazing (right at the foot of a winery), the house is spacious enough to have dinner guests, there’s a full kitchen, and it’s quiet and peaceful. The owners are top notch- friendly and accommodating. Can’t recommend it enough!

Loved everything about it!

I loved everything about Gite Des Moineaux - from what you see in the listing (it is as described) to what you don’t read (the fruit bearing trees that provided snacks all week and the temporally confused rooster next door)! The scenery is serene, the hosts are friendly as can be, and my dog had the time of his life fetching in the yard and befriending the locals. Go here for the peace and quiet (and nearby wineries!) but rest assured that all amenities are within a 15 min ride. Thank you for a great stay!

This property is presented and furnished to a very high standard. From the moment you step through the door it is obvious it is very well cared for and is spotlessly clean. The gite provided the most comfortable and relaxing of stays for our family. It is located in a beautiful setting with a stunning view and has lovely gardens / grounds. In addition, we found the owners to be responsive, very friendly and helpful - for us they and our stay at this gite was the highlight of our two week holiday. We thoroughly recommend you book to stay here, we are very pleased we did !

Couple et chien

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est équipée de tout le luxe. L'immense jardin clôturé était idéal pour notre dalmatien. La situation directement dans les vignes est unique. Le propriétaire nous a donné de nombreuses suggestions utiles concernant les restaurants, les magasins et autres. Merci beaucoup ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Wij hebben hier een heerlijke week gehad. Gezellig huis, zeer compleet ingericht. We hebben vooral ook genoten van de grote tuin met het prachtige uitzicht op de wijngaarden en, in de verte, Sancerre. Eigenaars zijn fijne mensen, heel gastvrij en hartelijk. Wij komen graag terug!

Séjour dans la quiétude des vignobles du Sancerre, à STE GEMME DU SANCERROIS, à qq km de Sancerre : ballades dans les vignobles du village, de Sury en Vaux, à Sancerre... Le gite est idéalement situé, très bien équipé, nos hôtes ont été parfaits de l'accueil jusqu'aux conseils. Grand espace de jardin face aux vignobles très bien exposé au soleil, Adresse à ne pas rater ; vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés et vous laisser charmer par ce lieu enchanteur.

Très bon séjour au milieu des vignes

Le gîte est vraiment très confortable, chaleureux et bien équipé. La terrasse est la bienvenue, avec une magnifique vue sur les coteaux environnants. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par notre hôte, qui avait pris le soin de mettre en route la climatisation un peu avant notre arrivée, et qui s’est assuré que tout allait bien à plusieurs reprises pendant notre séjour. Prévenant et discret, c’est appréciable. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, à une dizaine de minutes de Sancerre, au calme. C’est un excellent point de départ pour la découverte du Cher, de la Nièvre, voire de l’ouest de l’Yonne. Gîte qui mérite sans conteste ses notes et qu’on s’y arrête.

Très bien située au milieu des vignes à proximité de Sancerre, la maison est très jolie, avec des murs de pierre, bien décorée et équipée. La vue dégagée est très belle. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour dans cette jolie maison en plein cœur du vignoble Sancerrois. Superbe séjour

Les propriétaires sont trés gentiles et discréts. Nous avons passé un trés bon séjour dans une belle maison trés bien équipé, trés propre et décoré avec goût. Maison idéale pour des vacances avec chien, grand terrain. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette maison d‘hôte.

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, tout le confort nécessaire pour passer d'agréables moments et se ressourcer. Panorama sur les vignes et Sancerre fantastique. Trés belle terrasse et des pommiers pour faire la sieste à l'ombre :-) Calme assuré.
