This historic house was built in 1920 and recently converted into a top level, bottom level duplex. It's been up dated with modern conveniences but maintains a lot of it's original character. Guests have complete privacy from the owner with access to the upper unit from outside. There is a fully functional kitchen and bathroom and a living room with dining table and a PlayStation 4 with games and Netflix access.

    This house was built 100 years ago and will be here 100 more! It sits on a concrete foundation and is made of brick. It's very close to downtown Lafayette as well as Purdue Univeristy. Yet it is secluded enough to be quiet and comfortable.
