About this property

Cozy townhouse 6 blocks from downtown Sandpoint. Quiet, friendly neighborhood.

This cozy 2 story townhouse sleeps 6 and has been completely updated with new carpet, paint and all new furnishings. It includes; a fully functioning kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, utensils, dishes, and wine glasses are included to make yourself feel at home. Separate dining area seats 4. A covered veranda off the dining room includes outdoor seating. and coffee table. Living room offers all new furniture including a couch, queen memory foam sleeper sofa and 50" flat screen TV with wi-fi. A half bath is on the main floor.
The two bedrooms are upstairs with individual full size bathrooms. Towels, wash cloths, body wash and shampoo, conditioner are provided.
Bedroom 1 is a master bedroom with new memory foam queen size mattress and full bathroom with tub shower.
Bedroom 2 includes a new full size memory foam mattress and a full bathroom with tub shower and a stack washer dryer. Linens, comforters, blankets and pillows are provided for all three beds.

Wonderful Place for Sandpoint Weekend

I have built everything from custom cabinets and furniture to houses and small boats. I currently restored Antique wooden Boats and am the proud owner and restorer of "Pondzi Scene" a 1949 Chris Craft Sedan. She is named after Lake Pend Oreille, AKA; Lake Ponderay, AKA by locals as the big POND.
