Nous avons passé quatre semaines à deux dans cette charmante maison avec superbe vue mer. Beau jardin bien entretenu (attention, quelques dalles disloquées). Cuisine bien équipée avec tous les appareils ménagers nécessaires. Bonne literie et assez de couvertures supplémentaires pour les nuits fraîches. Salle de bains et WC très propres.Très calme, les quelques voitures (et camping-cars) qui passent dans la journée ne gênent pas.Belles plages à quelques minutes de marche, ainsi que le fameux gouffre et la maison entre les rochers. Point de départ idéal pour randonnées et visites du patrimoine.Restaurants très à recommander: la maison bleue et le merle moqueur.Et merci à Melissa qui était toujours à disposition.

Charismatisches Haus in phantastischer Lage

Wir haben einen wundervollen Urlaub in Plougrescant gehabt. Die Lage des Hauses ist phantastisch mit Blick aufs Meer und der riesige Garten ein Traum. Es lässt sich immer ein windgeschütztes Plätzchen finden. Zur nächsten Badestelle sind es 10 Minuten zum Strand Porz Hir 5 Minuten mit dem Rad. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt - bis hin zu Waschmaschine und Trockner. Wir kommen wieder!

Bezauberndes Haus mit Atmosphäre und unvorstellbar großem, wunderschönem Garten. Ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zum Meer mit herrlicher Bademöglichkeit . Diesen Fleck Erde würde man am liebsten nie wieder verlassen.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit grossem Garten

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen mit der Grossfamilie, die sich waehrend Corona lange Zeit nicht gesehen hatten. Das Haus its toll, mit mehr Platz als die Fotos erahnen lassen. Das Erdgeschoss ist schoen hell und geraumig. Im oberen Geschoss ist zusaetzlich zu den beiden Schlafzimmern ein weiterer grosser zentraler Raum, der bei uns als Spielzimmer genutzt wurde. Ausserdem gibt es auch noch einen Keller mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, der praktisch fuer alle Stransachen ist und von aussen zugaenglich ist. Es gibt verschiedene schoene Straende in der Naehe, die auch einfach zu Fuss zu erreichen sind. (10 bzw 20 Minuten)

Très bel emplacement avec vue magnifique et beau jardin mais maison vétuste (huisseries, carreaux fissurés, courant qui saute lorsque l’on allume le four et les plaques…) et SURTOUT maison sale lors de notre arrivée (état général, joints de salle de bain, etc.).

Très moyen malgré bel emplacement

Personne pour nous accueillir à notre arrivée. Hormis un bel emplacement proche de la mer et un parc bien entretenu le ménage laissait à désirer. Masque chirurgical retrouvé sous un lit, four très sale, oreillers tachés, poussière sous les meubles et sur le tapis du salon et le long des sommiers sous les matelas. Linge à moitié sec et malodorant retrouvé oublié dans le sèche linge. Pas de livret d'accueil ni notices d'utilisation de l'électroménager visibles à disposition hormis un tas de paperasse en vrac dans le buffet. Manque de meuble de rangement dans la cuisine pour courses alimentaires et manque de transats, seulement 1 ou 2 pour une location pour 10. Dommage la maison est agréable mais l'état d'hygiène est anormal vu la conjoncture actuelle.

Gîte très bien situé et aux chambres récrites de façon très commode. Juste un bémol sur les draps qui ne sont pas fournis, mais la beauté de l'endroit compense largement ce petit désagrément. Très bon contact avec les logeurs !

Le propriétaire devrait joindre un plan pour trouver la maison car le GPS et le portable ne captent pas lorsqu’on arrive dans la commune.c’est simple à faire.ensuite la maison n’ayant pas été occupée depuis des mois, nous avons tout suite senti l’humidité et le renfermé.la maison était froide.il aurait été sympathique de la chauffer la veille de notre arrivée. Les huisseries sont à changer, carreaux cassés, colmatés par du scotch, fermeture de certains volets cassées, literies à changer, pièce de vie à rafraîchir d’urgence.cuisine bien équipée, salles d’eau correctes.jolie vue.

Maison très bien située (proche de la mer et de très belles ballades sur le chemin côtier) avec une très belle vue mer et le soleil dans le jardin à toutes les heures (du matin au couché de soleil sur la terrasse). La maison est fonctionnelle et de bon gout, le 1er étage est particulièrement bien pour les enfants (grande pièce pour jouer), cependant la terrasse vue sur mer est petite mais le jardin est très grand .Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille!

Schönes altes Haus mit Meerblick

Es ist ein sehr schönes altes Haus nahe bei der Granitküste. Man hat einen guten Blick auf das Meer. Das Haus ist funktionell gut ausgestattet. Es ist robust, d.h. Für Familien mit Kindern gut geeignet. Insgesamt ist das Haus schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man an der Einrichtung erkennen kann.

Schönes Haus in Super Lage

Ein sehr schönes Haus, das im unteren Bereich (Küche, Wohnraum, 2 Schlafräume und Bad) nett renoviert wurde, mit genügend Platz für alle. Wir waren da zu zweit mit fünf Kindern und selbst bei schlechtem Wetter hatte jeder genügend Raum für sich). Das Obergeschoß ist leider nicht ganz so schön, so dass wir den dortigen Wohnraum eher zum Trocknen der Wäsche genutzt haben. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht, angefangen von einer gut eingerichteten Küche (lediglich ein paar mehr Tassen wären schön gewesen) mit Geschirrspüler, Mixer, Pürierst, Toaster etc. über Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller und Gartenmöbel für draußen. Auch wir haben unseren Sitzplatz vor dem Haus eingerichtet, weil es auf der Gartenseite einfach zu windig ist. Aber der Garten ist super für die Kinder gewesen zum Verstecken- und Fangenspielen und auch für die ein oder andere Hängematte. Der Strand ist in 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, so dass man auch mal einfach nur kurz ins Meer springen kann, wenn das Wasser da ist und das Wetter für einen längeren Strandaufenthalt grad nicht so einladend ist. Die Beschreibung bzgl. der französischen Betten war hilfreich (große Bettlaken), aber wir wussten nicht, dass auch die Bettdecken Übergröße haben (ca. 2x2m). Wer solche Bettbezüge nicht zu Hause hat muss das Bettdeck oder eine der ebenso riesigen Decken über den eigenen Bezug legen. Geht auch, ist aber nicht ganz so super.

Traumhafter Meerblick und verwunschener Garten

Wir waren eine Woche Anfang Juli 2016 mit sieben Personen in diesem Haus und haben die Tage dort sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung ist gut, endlich ein Haus mit vernünftigen Messern. Im Keller stehen Waschmaschine und Trockner bereit, was bei wechselhaftem Wetter und drei Kindern wirklich ein Segen ist. Wir haben den Sitzplatz vor dem Haus eingerichtet, da es dort windgeschützt und sonnig ist, die Straße kaum befahren wird und die üppige Hortensienhecke vor den wenigen Blicken schützt. Der Garten ist riesengroß und bietet Bäume (für Hängemmatten prima geeignet), Schattenplätze, Geheimverstecke für Kinder und endet in Richtung Meer an einem großen Feld (in diesem Jahr Weizen), darunter stehen keine weiteren Häuser die den Blick aufs Meer behindern. Am besten hat uns der sensationelle Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer auf die Felsenküste und die tollen Sonnenuntergänge gefallen. Zu Fuß ist das Meer 5-10 Minuten entfernt. Die extremen Gezeiten zu beobachten und zu erleben ist toll. Das Haus hat schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel, die Fenster im EG sind alle einfach verglast. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in der Vorsaison war spitze! Der Verwalter des Hauses war sehr freundlich und entspannt. Hier würden wir jederzeit wieder hinfahren.
