Typical Corsican house in the heart of the old village of Rapale (Haute Corse) redone while retaining its authenticity and charm.
This stone house, contiguous to two other houses, is on 2 levels:
- On the ground floor: 1 kitchen, 1 dining room, 1 bathroom, 1 terrace.
- On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 single bed in 120 + 1 double bed). Access to the first floor is via a straight staircase.
Possibility to park the car near the house (fenced garden).
The village of Rapale (350 meters above sea level) is 30 minutes from Bastia, 20 minutes from St-Florent (beaches) and has municipal facilities (swimming pool, tennis court and multisports ground).

Vous avez reconnu auprès d'Abritel et moi-même que ma maison est bien conforme au descriptif publié. Vous avez tout à fait le droit de dire que ma maison ne vous convient pas et qu'elle n'est pas adaptée à VOS vacances, sans toutefois généraliser comme vous le faites. Ma maison n'est pas faite pour des personnes âgées ou en situation de handicap.
Le descriptif précise aussi qu'il n'y a pas de Wi-Fi. Mais sachez que je téléphone de l'intérieur de ma maison sans problème. Je ne suis pas responsable si votre téléphone ne le permet pas.
Je ne suis pas responsable non plus des chiens errant dans le village.
Vous n'avez pas pris soin de lire l'annonce, ni tenu compte de sa situation géographique (indiquée sur le site). Vous qui connaissez bien la Corse, il ne fallait pas choisir de location dans un village de montagne à 20 kms des villes et plages.

Hübsches , altes Ferienhaus in einem authentischen Bergdorf
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und ruhigen Aufenthalt in einem gemütlichen und sehr sauberen Häuschen mit einer netten Gastgeberin. Das kleine Bergdorf ist zwar etwas abgelegen ( es gibt nur 1 Restaurant, bis zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es ca. 20 min Fahrzeit ) dafür ist es aber sehr idyllisch und ursprünglich. Absolut empfehlenswert !

Excellent séjour
Monique est une hôte particulièrement agréable et disponible. Sa maison mêle le charme de l'ancien à une très grande fonctionnalité et modernité des équipements. Je recommande vivement son logement, qui est par ailleurs très bien situé dans le joli village de Rapale, au calme. On y dort très bien et il fait toujours frais, même en plein été!
