We highly recommend you catch the Sassy Peach spirit and get transported to relaxing Island time. Wake up and enjoy breakfast on your private porch. Stroll over to the beaches, pier or Neptune park under the canopy of the Spanish moss covered live oaks. You and your friends can enjoy splashing in the heated pool. Or mosey over to nearby beaches. In the evening, walk over to one of the Village’s many fine eateries or put everyone to work in the huge fully equipped kitchen, cooking up Low Country Boil for the entire clan! For dessert hop and skip over to Moo Cow, the best ice cream on the island, just a stone’s throw away.

Sassy Peach Cottage melds charm and space: 5 Bedroom/5 Bathroom (featuring two master suites), gourmet kitchen, amazing great room where the whole family can gather. There is also plenty of space for separate activities, send the kids to the 3rd story suite. The third floor suite has a family room with TV/fridge/microwave/games. All three levels boast private porches with ceiling fans. It is sooooo easy to relax, slow down and smell the azaleas on Island time.

We had a wonderful weekend at your beautiful home. We took my 80 year old mom for a weekend at the beach. The house for the 9 of us perfect with room to spare and the pool have the little kids something to do while we drank our coffee. In the evening the adults enjoyed the heated pool, might have to visit again in the cooler weather. My only thought to improve upon the pool area would be some kind of hand rail to hold onto as you get in. We had to be extra careful and help my Mom in the pool. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home.

Birthday Celebration

Classy Peach was very welcoming when we arrived. Everything smelled so clean and fresh. We loved having so much space and the dining table accommodated the games we played.Being so close to the village was so convenient..It was a great place to stay!

Lovely home in walking distance to town

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Plenty of room to enjoy family but also many private spaces to decompress. The home is a short walk to the beach or town, we rarely used our car after arriving. The home was very clean with comfortable furniture and bedding. The host was very accommodating when we needed to short dates due to severe weather.

Perfect fit!

This house was the perfect fit for our family. With 3 stories we each had a floor to ourselves which was perfect when little ones needed space for a nap, keeping bedtime routines for each family or just a little separation from the group. But it also provided a huge open kitchen & living room area for ALL of us to gather. The bonus of having a pool provided hours of fun time! The location of the house was close enough that we mostly walked to both the ocean and the pier, not to mention all the shops and restaurants along the way. We will definitely be coming back!

This was our first time to SSI. Our family loved the house and the pool. The location was close to the beach and the Village. The host was extremely thoughtful and attentive. Excellent spaces for a large group. Plenty of towels. The heated pool is a treat. Just two short blocks away from food and shopping. You really can’t beat this place. This is the second year my group has visited this property for Spring Break.

Spring Break 2023

We had the best week at the Sassy Beach Cottage! The location is perfect for walking to local restaurants, shops and the beach. The heated pool is such a nice asset to the property. We enjoyed the swing on the front porch in the evenings or sitting out by the pool or on one of the balconies. Would highly recommend this property!

Sassy Peach Cottage

While we enjoyed our stay and the communication with the owners was great, we did encounter a couple issues. The third floor had a moisture problem, which was evident in the tiny amounts of mold inside the wood cabinets. But this may just be standard for homes close to the beach, I’m not sure. The water went out the day before we left. The owner thanked us for letting them know, and said they’d call their plumber. But that still left us without the ability to take showers. If I were making suggestions I’d say maybe not as squeaky of beds and a railing for younger and elderly people to access the pool easier. But overall, we enjoyed ourselves and were thankful for the amount of room the house offers.

Third time at Sassy Peach

Location, location, location. Two blocks to a beautiful beach. Two blocks from the village. Spacious, well designed house. And did I mention a pool! We'll no doubt be back again.

Surpassed expectations!

We had a great stay at this beautiful, convenient property! We had 5 adult couples and felt we had plenty of space. The pool is lovely and we had all the supplies we could wish for in the kitchen! Every room was tastefully furnished with ample room and comfortable beds. Brandon was very easy to get in touch with and responded timely. It is close to town, so you can definitely walk to the quaint shops and restaurants. We all put the Sassy Peach Cottage on our list for a future rental!!

Christmas Vacation

Our family (7 adults and 4 children) stayed here for Christmas. The house was clean and cared for. The owner put up a prelit Christmas tree and our kids were able to decorate it while we were there. The house is conveniently located to the pier, shops and restaurants. We did have a major hiccup with the water heater however Brandon was very responsive/attentive to the issue and found a way to remedy the problem so that we didn’t have to move to a new rental. We would stay here again for a big family vacation

We loved Sassy Peach !

This was our first time visiting St.Simons Island and Kaiti the owner was SO helpful. I’m sure I drove her crazy with all of my several questions but she was always SO nice and answered all of my questions and said I wasn’t bugging her, she’s just too sweet!! Our house was perfect for our family! The third floor was wonderful for my niece and her family, they kept calling it their little apartment. The house was very clean and the pool was so nice !! I’ve rented several houses with VRBO and Kaiti and Brandon were, by far, the nicest and easiest to deal with !! We will definitely rent this house again!!

Great Location.....House subpar

Booked 9 days for family wedding and Thanksgiving festivities. The house easily housed 11 adults, however, the supplies did not. There were not enough towels, pillows, blankets, wine glasses(4), coffee mugs(7). The house needs TLC. The furniture was dirty and worn, heavy dirt on lighting, floors, walls, cabinets. There were several items in need of repair: fireplace, oven, ice dispenser, bar stool, iron, vacuum, bulbs drawer, door locks. Entire house needs a refresh.

Celebration! Making new memories.

We were not sure what to expect with the hurricane that had just went through. Brandon let us know that they had no power and was not sure when it would be back on. The whole island was without power. We decided that we would make the best of it. We had 11 adults in our family group. It was hot when we arrived. Went to the ocean and enjoyed the cool breeze and water. Brandon had dropped off flash lights and a case of water and a had a cooler for us. Very thoughtful. We were very fortunate the power was back on by Sunday. Gave us a better appreciation for air conditioning. Our week at the Sassy Peach was great. The location to the beach, pier, shopping was all within walking distance. We rented a of golf cart which was a great idea for our large group to be able to go about anywhere we needed. This house fit all of us well plenty of room to spread out and to gather. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved our week at Sassy Peach Cottage! The house was super clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for both adults and kids. Great location—close to the beach and restaurants but still nice and quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and swimming.
