We highly recommend you catch the Sassy Peach spirit and get transported to relaxing Island time. Wake up and enjoy breakfast on your private porch. Stroll over to the beaches, pier or Neptune park under the canopy of the Spanish moss covered live oaks. You and your friends can enjoy splashing in the heated pool. Or mosey over to nearby beaches. In the evening, walk over to one of the Village’s many fine eateries or put everyone to work in the huge fully equipped kitchen, cooking up Low Country Boil for the entire clan! For dessert hop and skip over to Moo Cow, the best ice cream on the island, just a stone’s throw away.

Sassy Peach Cottage melds charm and space: 5 Bedroom/5 Bathroom (featuring two master suites), gourmet kitchen, amazing great room where the whole family can gather. There is also plenty of space for separate activities, send the kids to the 3rd story suite. The third floor suite has a family room with TV/fridge/microwave/games. All three levels boast private porches with ceiling fans. It is sooooo easy to relax, slow down and smell the azaleas on Island time.

What is "Island Time," you might be thinking. Island Time is that that singular wink in time when your soul knows paradise is found. You know you’ve (inexorably and for the moment) left the rat race behind. You wake up to the soothing sounds of the surf and birds singing, rather than at the shrill shriek of an alarm clock. Fabulous home for our group of 10, 6 adults 4 children, and our Lab, Emma. Kids, as well as the adults, really enjoyed the pool, and location cannot be beat. Kitchen was well stocked, which was greatly appreciated. Very short walk to, beach, village/pier, and several wonderful restaurants. Excellent communication with owner. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Ideal house in an ideal location on St Simon's Island! We were a small adult family group and the house was big enough for each of us to have our own bedroom and bathroom. The backyard pool was an extra bonus. Liked the convenience of being able to walk to restaurants and shops. Kitchen was well-equipped. Highly recommend this place.

Pool had lots of leaves in it. Took few days to get internet to work at house for TV. No soap for showers. A /C for second floor was locked out for two days. They have nest thermostats. On almost our last day owner came by and fix things. Great location to town, and beautiful house. The owner was great when came by. Thank you.

We loved our week at Sassy Peach Cottage! The house was super clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for both adults and kids. Great location—close to the beach and restaurants but still nice and quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and swimming.

We had the best time away at the Sassy Peach! Location was great, as we were able to walk just about everywhere! There was enough space to room 9 of us very comfortably. The house itself has lots of charm and it is incredibly stocked with anything you might forget!Our only “complaint” was that the pool was very dirty and it seemed like the heater wasn’t working. But, to be fair, it was too cold most days for us to be poolside. When we reached out to the owners about it, they responded almost immediately and explained that their pool person would be there the next day. It didn’t appear that the pool company came, so we didn’t get to swim, but we were happy soaking in the sun on the beautiful deck!We loved staying here and hope to return someday!

Wonderful house in a fantastic location! Easy walk to either town or where the beach begins. Plenty of parking, whether on site or just down the street (if you have more than 3 large cars). Kitchen was very well equipped, having everything we needed to cook a New Year’s Day meal. The heated pool worked flawlessly in cool weather. Top floor is a perfect area for families with small children. Communication with hosts was easy. Highly recommend!
