Welcome to the beach!

This 2bd/2bath condo with high speed internet/WIFI and many resort amenities is one of the closest to the beach. Enjoy beautiful beach views from our large balcony with ample seating for you to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Also a perfect place to enjoy some outside dining.

This condo is situated in the Family Friendly Horizon South Resort and Condominiums on the desirable west end of Panama City Beach. Horizon South is conveniently located and offers private beach access just steps from the properties gated entrance putting you only minutes from enjoying the beautiful white sand and water of Panama City Beach.

In this spacious two bedroom, two full bath condo, you will find a master bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom and king size bed. It also has a separate entrance to the balcony. The guest bedroom is at the other end of the condo for privacy and offers two queen beds. The condo also has a set of bunks that are built in.. The guest bathroom has a shower with a bonus jacuzzi tub with plenty of room. The condo has ceiling fans throughout to keep you comfortably cool while using central air conditioning. The kitchen is large and spacious. The kitchen is also fully stocked with all of the pots, pans, dishes and utensils needed to make a gourmet meal or just something quick and easy. All rooms are equipped with flat screen smart TVs that have WIFI.

Horizon South Resort and Condominiums has 4 swimming pools (one is heated in the cooler months), one kiddie pool, and a hot tub. You will have access to all the large recreation areas where you may play horseshoes, tennis/pickleball, shuffleboard and mini-golf. Wristbands are required to be on the property and must be worn at all times. This is a condo association requirement. The current cost is $20.00 per person for anyone 6yrs of age and older.

No need waiting for elevators or wondering where your car is. Conveniently park right outside your 2nd floor condo, making it easy for your family and friends to come and go. Parking pass is required and must be displayed at all times. This is a condo association requirement. The current cost is $25.00 per vehicle for up to two vehicles.

This condo features a stackable washer/dryer and enough complimentary supplies to get your vacation started, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, and some essential kitchen supplies.

Horizon South Resort and Condominiums is close to area attractions. This gated community is close to Pier Park which features shopping, dining and entertainment. It is conveniently located near Frank Brown Park, Aaron Bessant Park and area attractions such as Wonderworks, Zoo World Zoological and Botanical Conservatory, Gulf World Marine Park, Shell Island, Shipwreck Island Waterpark and just moments away from championship golf courses.

We had a wonderful time in PCB. The condo fit our family’s needs and was located so close to the beach. We loved the pools and additional amenities offered on the grounds. There were infrastructure projects going on during our stay, which affected us slightly, but we appreciated Tina’s communication and heads up.

Fantastic Place Super Close to the Beach

We had a great stay! Check-in was smooth, and condo was very clean. Host communicated promptly, and kept us up to date. Location is great, especially for the price. Short walk to the private beach, and the beach area was not crowded at all. Kitchen had all the necessities that we needed, and then some. Beds were comfortable, and the bunks in the hallway came in clutch. There are 4-pools at the complex, so they never felt crowded. We didn’t have enough time to utilize the other amenities that the resort offered. Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to friends/family.

Perfect Getaway Property

Great location

The rental location is excellent. Only about 2 short blocks from beach access. The beach cart was helpful to haul our stuff to the beautiful beach. We were at location the first week of Aug 2022, the weather was perfect and beach was mildy busy. The unit was easy to access on 2nd floor. It was exactly as pictured and described. The facilities available for use are dated and need some upgrading but we spent most of our time at the beach.

The property was beautiful and clean. This small but very roomy condo comfortably accommodated my party of 7. With a short walk to the road, there was a beach access. My guests and I had problems with some guest below us. Tina was very helpful, responded quickly, and handled the situation. I'll definitely be booking again in the near future.

Condo stay

1- Wrist bands NOT NECESSARY ( these are hiding fees.) Wrist bands $20.00 each- plus parking $25.00 Had to pay for parking 2- couldnt use the amenities in the building b/c the building was locked due to being remodeled..( had pool table- weight room- ect) 3- they never checked for anyones wrist bands AT ALL 4- the bath tubs drained really really slow. By the time you was taking a shower the water was to your ankles. 5- The gates didnt work (always stayed open)

Loved this place

I reserved this condo for our annual family vacation and Tina was prompt with any and all questions I had. The condo was very clean and looks well kept in the inside and on the balcony. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends and I will be returning next year as we loved the condo.

Flip flop’in to the beach

This was our first time using VRBO. I wasn’t sure what to expect. The host replied in a timely manner answering all questions. Everything was exceptional except the weather. (Good “Ole mother nature”) We didn’t get to the beach. The condo was nicely decorated in beach attire . Beds were comfortable. I never sleep well in strange beds but I did here. Recliner couch was great. Very spacious . Well equipped. Downstairs neighbor was very friendly and welcomed us to the complex. Only suggestion that I can offer would be maybe consider a different dining option. The bar stools are darling but difficult for a 90 year old and a large person to comfortably sit on to eat meals. We ended up eating out on the balcony or at restaurants. Condo was awesome and we hope to return soon.

Just the right location

The resort was just what we needed for us visiting for a wedding. The pools were awesome. The pool guy and maintenance man (Kevin) were very helpful in getting us beach and parking passes. The condo was quiet and well equipped. Comfy beds and we really enjoyed the balcony !

My husband and I found this little slice of heaven while vacationing in Panama City Beach and love spending time on the beach with our family and friends. Why they chose this property

We have always loved the beach and this condo is perfect with its gorgeous views of the beach from the balcony. It only has a short walk to Panama City Beach. The condo is centrally located to be near all the things we love. Close to all major attractions. We can walk to most places. We l adore meeting new people and the area is full on warm and charming locals and tourists, some we now can call friends for life.
