New cottage less than 15 minutes from the center of Angers in a quiet area next to a forest. The accommodation is made up of a main room where the fitted and fully equipped kitchen is located as well as a sitting area with TV, a bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with another bedroom. Reversible heating.
