- Multiple nautical course like "Cowes-Dinard" or "The road of the Rum" every 4 years since Saint Malo but where you will be in the first row (the apartment will allow you to see the different participants to train and to assemble their boat for the race (all October) then departure to join Guadeloupe in early November.
- German Film Week (late May / early June).
