Fantastic apartment

Fantastic lovely apartment. Brilliant lady who owns it. Superb view of the sea with all that we needed. Great kitchen so we could cook,washing machine etc. Fabulous location close to the town and seafront what more could we want. Will be coming back again.

Studio idéalement situé

Studio tout équipé, très fonctionnel et idéalement situé avec une vue mer formidable.Le parking est petit mais à le mérite d’exister dans une ville où il n’est pas simple de se garer.L’embarcadère pour les promenades en bateaux est au pied de l’immeuble ainsi que la fameuse promenade au clair de Lune. Proche de la plage animée de l’écluse, mais également de la plage plus calme du Prieuré que nous avons préférée.Contact simple avec les propriétaires, bref très bon séjour.

Hébergement bien situe logement bien aménagé seul bemol le parking quoique, accessible le box affecté au logement n'est pas du tout pratique la voiture ne peut pas rentrer entièrement dedans.

Délicieux séjour à Dinard. La parfaite localisation de la location nous a permis de profiter pleinement de la superbe station balnéaire, d’aller avec le bateau-bus à Saint Malo et à Dinan, et chaque jour d’être émerveillés par une vue superbe sur la baie de Sainr-Malo.Christiane et Pierre

Conforme à l'annonce.

Studio idéalement situé pour visiter Dinard et ses environs à pied. L'appartement est situé en façade de rue donc pourrait être bruyant pour certains le matin mais cela ne nous a pas dérangés. Le garage est effectivement petit mais bien utile pour garer son véhicule. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse vue mer. Nous gardons l'adresse pour un prochain séjour.

Location idéalement située avec vue sur mer

Ville, plage, port, promenade bord de mer..tout est à proximité. Balcon permettant de déjeuner tranquillement. Appartement agréable conforme aux photos et bien équipé. C’est vrai que pour le garage il ne faut pas une grosse cylindrée mais notre 208 a tenu sans problème.

C'est la situation géographique qui fait l'essentiel. Appartement convenable.Il faudrait préciser dans l'annonce que le box du parking est inaccessible à une grosse voiture, surtout dans une ville où il est impossible de stationner, même en mai !

residence bien enretenue quoique garage un peu petit et ascenseur qui a du mal à s'ouvrir parfois lorsque l'on arrive au deuxieme étage, on a eu peur d'etre bloqué a deux reprises .
