This living room communicates in the North to a kitchen / office equipped with usual appliances (gas cooker, oven, refrigerator, etc ..) and, adjacent to the latter, a bathroom / WC equipped with a shower (1/4 round) ), a vanity unit, a washing machine and a toilet. Access to this apartment is via a staircase (relatively steep) leading north of the house. Apart from this connecting staircase, the apartment is totally independent of the other premises of the house
