About this property

Apartment with a terrace with sea view

Apartment of 85 m2, with a terrace of 100m2 with sea view, at the foot of the Ecluse beach, in the residence "Le Royal" in the heart of Dinard, 2 steps from the city center.
Two bedrooms upstairs with skylights/curtains, one with a dressing room, the other with a Queen size bed and a small alcove equipped with two children's beds.
Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer) and bathroom with washer/dryer.
A large library is also at your disposal.
Parking space in the residence's park.
During the summer months (July and August), we only accept weekly rentals.
PLEASE NOTE: WORK IN PROGRESS IN THE RESIDENCE WITH CERTAIN SCAFFOLDING AND A CONSTRUCTION BARRIER AT THE END OF THE TERRACE (cf. photo) / NOISE POSSIBLE DURING THE DAY UNTIL 5PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY - reopening of rentals in “downgraded” mode, resulting in rates 20% lower than in normal periods.

Enjoyable

Good check in, fortunately Marie sent us a photo of the entrance to the grounds as to where to meet her which helped enormously. Apartment very nice, we felt more could have been made of the terrace, parasol with stand would have been better than just the one to cover the dining table, and a few flower pots. We enquired as to whether there was English speaking TV channels with not too helpful a reply from the owner. Overall a very nice holiday

Nous avons passé un week-end merveilleux dans cet hébergement récemment. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Madame Marie, qui a pris le temps de nous expliquer tous les détails de l’appartement, rendant notre séjour encore plus agréable. L’appartement est conforme au descriptif et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. De plus, la vue est tout simplement magnifique ! Séjour reposant au Royal Hotel

Location de dernière minute que nous avons bien choisi. Résider au Royal Hôtel pendant quelques jours c'est quand même pas mal. Le logement est spacieux, lumineux, calme, propre. La vue est superbe. L arrivée et le départ se font grâce à Marie très accueillante. Pas besoin de voiture. voituressauf pr aller se promener hors dinard

Excellent séjour dans un superbe appartement

Un excellent choix de logement pour de nombreuses raisons : un très bon niveau d'équipements, de très beaux volumes, une vue magnifique et une luminosité très appréciable, une situation géographique idéale, une proximité de tous les commerces, la plage au pieds de la terrasse... Le tout correspond en tout point aux photos. Mais surtout un accueil chaleureux de la gérante (Marie) et des échanges efficaces/sympathiques avec le propriétaire (David). Merci à vous !
