In one of the oldest villas in the area of ​​the dike, in an exceptional location, our apartment of 75 m² has just been refurbished, work completed in June 2017. At 50 meters from the thermal baths, it occupies the essentials of the 1st floor of this house which has 3 apartments, 200 meters from all shops. A very big stay with American kitchen, 2 rooms, 2 rooms of bath and a TOILET independent. Perfect accommodation for 6 people, couples and families.

Very well exposed south and south-west, with a living room of 38m ², crossing, lit by 4 windows, the apartment is very bright. It can accommodate 6 people. The living room is equipped with a convertible sofa (Poltrone Sofa); The Vanilla room of a bed in 140 and the Blue room of two twin beds (80x200) assembled. If you come to cure at Thermes, this apartment is ideally placed! The appliances and bathrooms are of high quality. The furniture is in teak and the marine style is asserted. The windows are new and double-glazed. The beds will be made before your arrival, we provide the towels (1 set per person) and we take care of the cleaning at the end of your stay. All this is included in the rental rate.

The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and a dishwasher. Flat screen of 102cm with DVD player and mini Hi-Fi. A baby bed, a changing mat, a high chair and a baby bath are available free of charge.
