apartment with a living room / dining room / kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, facing East / West. Small balcony to the west. 2/4 people, but ideal for a couple. Rather recent construction (2014).
Calm neighborhood. All shops - bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, tobacco / newspapers - Thalasso center, promenade and beach within 100 meters.
Private outdoor parking. Bus stop for the train station and the Old Town, 20 meters.

The bedroom has a double bed (2 mx 1,60 m), separated into 2 twin beds, a large closet.
The stay includes a leaflet sofa (1.40 x 1.90 m), 2 armchairs, coffee table, TV, DVD player, large closet. Side dining room: a table and 4 chairs. Small table and two chairs for the balcony. Kitchen with a dishwasher 12 place. Crockery and kitchen utensils for 6 persons.

Wonderful stay in nice apartment

A great spot to vacation in Brittany. The appartement is perfect for a couple and has everything you need. Great with a parking outside too! Convenient close to boulangerie, supermarché and a couple of nice restaurants too. Don’t miss le bistrot de Courtoisville if you spend time here!

Nice apartment, uncommunicative host

Nice apartment in a good location, close to the bus stop that goes to the old town. However, the owner messaged me a few days before my stay wanting extra money that was not in the listing for sheets, cleaning and a damage deposit. When I replied with my concerns, she literally would not respond. This caused me a LOT of stress and ruined a few days of my vacation as I was worried it might even be a scam. If I could've cancelled at that point I would have. She ended up being a nice lady, and did not charge me any extra fees, but the whole experience was very stressful.

Tout était à l'image de l'annonce. Tous les commerces à proximité ainsi que la plage. Le centre de saint Malo intra muros accessible à pied (20 min) ou en voiture (5/7 min). Tout était réuni pour passer une très belle semaine. Merci à notre hôte pour son accueil.

Cet appartement très récent est idéalement situé à deux pas de la plage tout en bénéficiant d'une place de parking privée atout indéniable dans le quartier. Monsieur et Madame Favre sont charmants et ont aménagé leur appartement de façon très fonctionnelle tout en mettant à disposition tout le nécessaire pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Eine sehr gute Wohnung in einer sehr guten Lage (Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bäckerei und natürlich Strand)! Sehr nette Gastgeber! Ein einziges Minuspunkt - WiFi, welches von einer mobilen Sim-Karte kommt und ist nicht zu gebrauchen. Nicht mal WhatsApp-Messages gehen in einer akzeptablen Zeit durch, geschweige schon surfen oder Video-streamen. Ansonsten Top! Vielen Dank!!
