This accommodation is located very close to the train and bus station. The studio room is well equipped with kitchen facilities, appliances and a really good sized fridge that stays cold! Perfect if you need something close to transit facilities or if you want to stay away from the hustle of the marina area of St Malo.

Très bel hébergement, super bien situé.

Propreté nickel, équipements suffisant, manque peut être juste un petit meuble ou étagère dans la salle de bain pour poser nécessaire de toilette. A 5 minutes à pied de la gare, 11 minutes de la plage et 20 minutes de la cité intramuros.Je recommande.

Cela fait trois fois que nous hébergeons dans cet établissement et nous y reviendrons. Les appartements sont fonctionnels et très bien aménagés . Les appartements et les lieux communs sont toujours très propres. Le suivi de notre séjour est très réconfortant. Nous y reviendrons sans hésitation. Le prix est peut être un peu élevé suivant les périodes.

Séjour parfait !

Logement très propre et décoré avec goût, tout y est, des dosettes de café aux serviettes de bain, il ne manquait rien ! Appart hôtel très bien situé secteur gare (que nous avons trouvé très calme, ponctué par le cri des mouettes qu'on a adoré entendre le matin au réveil). Le fait d'arriver et partir en toute autonomie grâce au système digicode est appréciable également. Excellent week-end passé ! Je recommande vivement !
