Chambre parfaite, peut-être un peu petite si deux personnes.

L'endroit est bien situé et il fait calme. Par contre , j'ai trouvé difficile monter et descendre les trois étages avec les valises. L'escalier étant étroit.

Troisième séjour dans cet appart hôtel, tout proche de la gare et transports en commun, à 10 mn à pieds intra muros et bord de mer, tout est facile. Propreté des lieux, équipements dans la chambre, rien ne manque. Service de conciergerie par téléphone réactif.

L'emplacement, la décoration, la propreté. Cependant, cela n'est pas un appartement-hôtel - studio 8 - pas possible de "cuisiner" juste de chauffer un thé, aucune place à côté du lit de 160. C'est dommage. Et couette d'été, nous avons eu froid. Pas de passage pour vider les poubelles, changer les serviettes.

Cela fait deux fois que nous louons un appart hôtel Sezam à St Malo et nous y reviendrons. Apparemment idéal pour des courts séjours, l'endroit est aménagé avec goût avec l'essentiel pour y séjourner et être autonome. Nous avons trouvé par ces deux fois la location et les parties communes très très propres ce qui extrêmement agréable . Le suivi de la location avant et en cours avec un appel pour savoir si tout va bien est irréprochable. Le seul point faible c'est le stationnement payant .

Tout est parfait. La literie, l'emplacement, l'équipement, rien n'est laissé au hasard. Les indications d'arrivée et de départ précises, le service téléphonique sans reproche, réactif, à l'écoute et très sérieux. Tout à proximité, alimentation, location voiture ou de vélo, restaurant, intra muros à 15 mn à pieds, plage etc.Hôtellerie recommandable à tous les voyageurs !
