Very nice apartment (135 sqm terrace and 80m²) with open swimming pool in the complex. Ideally located 1.5 km from the beach of Sesimbra, charming fishing village. Large selection of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops etc. Easy communication in Lisbon by bus (bus stop 100m). Golf approx. 10 Km. The apartment has 2 large bedrooms (double bed) and sofa bed in the living room. Can cribs. Air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung

Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an wohl gefühlt. Es fehlt an nichts in der Wohnung. Selbst die Küche ist mit allen möglichen Geräten ausgestattet. Der Blick ist Traumhaft und auch den Strand kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war problemlos und sehr gut. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder 😊☀️

Die perfekte Unterkunft in Sesimbra

Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Wohnung mit einer grandiosen Terrasse. Die Lage ist einmalig schön oberhalb der Stadt mit Blick aufs Meer. Mit dem PKW ist man schnell unten im Ort, die Strecke ist aber auch gut zu Fuß machbar. Sesimbra ist ein netter Ort für einen entspannten Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit der Vermieterin war perfekt, der Check in klappte bestens. Zur Wohnanlage gehört auch noch ein kleiner Pool, den wir aber kaum genutzt haben. Wir sind mit dem Mietwagen an die wunderschönen Strände in der Umgebung gefahren. Die Wohnung und die Lage können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

appartement parfait avec vue mer

Nous avons passés 3 semaines parfaites dans cet appartement. Emplacement idéal pour pouvoir visiter la région aisément tout en étant proche du centre de Sesimbra et de ses grandes plages. Le logement est très confortable et de très bon standing. Et les grands plus à ne pas négliger, la superbe terrasse et la piscine à 2 pas de l'appartement. Gerda a été très réactive et très sympathique lors de nos échanges. Nous recommandons fortement cette location, vous ne serez pas déçu.

Dejlig ferie

Dejlig lejlighed med stor terrasse… God kommunikation med værten Gerda. Mht. indkøb er en bil næsten et krav. Fordel med bilen er også, at man kan kommer rundt i nærområdet med, dejlig natur, strande osv.

Sehr erholsamer Kurzurlaub ,inklusive Städtetrip nach Lissabon

Ideales Apartment für den Familienurlaub. Sehr geräumiges Apartment mit großer Terrasse. Die zwei Badezimmer sind ideal, wenn man bereits größere Kinder hat. Sehr schöne Strände in der Nähe. Abseits vom Trubel der Großstadt und trotzdem nahe genug für einen Ausflug nach Lissabon.

Sehr komfortabler Urlaub

Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub, zu dem das sehr komfortable Appartement und die kurzfristige unproblematische Buchung ungemein beigetrugen. Wir haben das Frühstück auf der großzügigen Terrasse mit Blick zum Meer und das Kochen abends in der gut ausgestatteten Küche sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist groß und komfortabel eingerichtet. Mit unserem gemieteten PKW haben wir wunderschöne Strände in der Umgebung entdeckt. Aber auch das Städtchen Sesimbra und der Stadtstrand sind absolut empfehlenswert. Das Appartement ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für alle Entdeckungen. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Formidable séjour qui donne envie de revenir

Nous avons passé une semaine mémorable à Sesimbra en famille. L'accueil de Gerda est extrêmement chaleureux et elle se soucie du moindre détail afin que tout se passe bien à l'arrivée. L'appartement est moderne et très confortable. La terrasse est spacieuse et la vue sur la mer magnifique. La piscine de la propriété est grande et plutôt calme, donc tout est agréable. La propriété est située sur les hauteurs de la ville; la petite marche pour aller jusqu'à la plage est facile et le retour en taxi (pas cher du tout) se fait très bien quand on a des petits. Je recommande vivement cette location et espère avoir l'occasion de revenir pour découvrir les alentours de Sesimbra.

Magnifique logement pour profiter de Sesimbra et ses environs

Un emplacement parfait, en hauteur pour la vue et loin de la foule de la plage, un logement très spacieux avec toutes les commodités, laissant a chacun son espace a lui.... On se sent chez soi. Très.bonne communication avec la propriétaire, bcp de guide et magazines a disposition pour aider a la découverte du coin.

Prachtig appartement. Goede ligging. Net buiten het stadje. Appartement is ruim en netjes. Mooi zwembad bij het complex. Alles tip top in orde. Fijn contact met de eigenaresse. Snel en duidelijk antwoord van eigenaresse. Gewoon een onvergetelijke week geweest. Wij zijn lekker tot rust gekomen, en Sesimbra is TOP.

Mooi appartement

Erg mooi appartement, met uitzicht op Sesimbra en de zee. Bedden liggen goed, fijne douches, keuken is goed ingericht,, mooi terras waar de zon meteen in de ochtend op schijnt maar in de avond geen zon meer in oktober. WiFi-verbinding is goed. Afstand tot Lissabon viel tegen. Door drukke verkeer toch ruim een uur onderweg. Erg aardige verhuurders, staan (op afstand) voor je klaar.

Vue magnifique sur l'ocean

Un très bel appartement de deux chambres et 2 sdb dote d'un équipement complet. Tout le confort nécessaire pour un merveilleux séjour. L'appartement situe sur les hauteurs de Sesimbra dispose d'une très spacieuse terrasse privative avec une magnifique vue sur l’océan. Les photos correspondent a la réalité. Une piscine commune avec un bassin pour les plus petits est a la disposition des locataires. La localisation nécessite l'utilisation d'un véhicule et un vaste parking protégé est a disposition. A proximité de divers supermarchés (Lidl, Aldi, Continent, etc.. Sesimbra est idéalement situe pour rayonner dans la région avec beaucoup de découvertes en perspectives: plages, activités sportives, balades, gastronomie et gourmandises, patrimoine et histoire sans oublier les dégustations vineuses.
