The villa is located in a very quiet environment inside a very prestigious private domain (Les Hauts de Vaugrenier) in Villeneuve Loubet.

The domain is guarded 24/7. Within walking distance you will find a small supermarket, a café, a restaurant, a playground and tennis courts.

The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a large covered terrace of 30 m2 and onto the garden and swimming pool.
In the living room you have a large flat screen with access to all channels and wifi.

Parking in front of the villa is very easy and can accommodate 3 vehicles.
The villa is located 5 minutes from the sea and close to Provencal villages such as Saint Paul de Vence or Valbonne. Nice airport is 20 minutes and barely 10 minutes from Antibes and Marineland.
