A nice duplex apartment in a quiet area, with a living room of 25 m2 located on the first floor with 1 double sofa bed, international TV, DVD player, air conditioning / heating throughout the apartment. Kitchen 3 induction plates, dishwasher and washing machine, fridge, oven / microwave. A shower with WC.
On the second floor, a room of 10m2 with a double bed of 160 * 200, an independent single bed 90 * 200 in 4m2, access through a spiral staircase. A furnished terrace with barbecue and sea views on the perfect side to enjoy beautiful evenings ...

The apartment is very close to two beaches, in the port you can rent a boat and jet ski without a license, there are restaurants and bars, a supermarket. Free parking near the floor. The highway entrance is 5 minutes away, Barcelona airport is 20 minutes away by car. By train it takes about 25 minutes to go to Barcelona.
