Large ground floor apartment located in a building of 2 apartments. 4 large rooms but only 3 are furnished and air conditioned with double beds for a sleeping capacity of 6 people. Close to shops, cinema, theater, park, schools, bus stop. Furnished apartment that can be considered as a villa, full foot and garden and a magnificent view of the sea and the city. Located on the heights of the capital Saint Denis, it is very bright and very ventilated and a large terrace will allow you to enjoy the fresh air and the view.
