Apartment completely renovated in 2019 in a listed mansion from the 18th century which is located in the hypercentre of Béziers in a pedestrian street. With the rental of a parking space. The Town Hall, Les Halles, shops are a few minutes walk. The apartment is 15 km from the beach, where you will find all the nautical activities and oyster tasting huts. The major seaside resorts like Cap d'Agde are around 20 km away. You can visit at the exit of the city the Canal du Midi as well as many wine estates. You will find in the hinterland the Cévennes which offer magnificent landscapes as well as numerous lakes. Large cities like Montpellier, Narbonne and Carcassonne are nearby.
