This apartment is excellent. Clean. Right in front of the beach and near many restaurants and shops. The hosts were great and made sure to check if guests needed anything.I definitely recommend to stay here if you are going to Isla Verde.

Excellent place to stay and the beach was very clean and beautiful! We did not have any problems walking around! Shops and Restaurants are very near the condo and there is casino in some main resort and for sightseeing some places like Rainforest, Viejo San Juan and other beaches, La Placita, and Malls! 100% Recommended

This spot was the perfect spot for beach views and entertainment. There were a lot of restaurants within walking distance, and the fact that the beach was right across from us made it even more fantastic. The condo was clean and had everything you needed .Jennifer and Gustavo made sure we were taken care of, and they were on top of anything that we needed. The care they provided and the convenience of our location is the reason I would come back!

This condo was the perfect place for our anniversary getaway. One entire wall (living room & bedroom) is glass overlooking the water. It’s beautiful. It’s just across the street from the beach. The street isn’t busy so you aren’t fighting with traffic to cross. The property manager checked on us by text several times throughout our stay and was able to answer any questions regarding the condo or the area. The only problem I had was not wanting to leave to go back to reality this morning. If you’re thinking about booking here, just do it. You can thank me later

Jennifer was an excellent host with the perfect property for a weekend getaway!Check in process was completely painless even at our 2am arrival time. She was super accommodating with extending our stay for a half day due to our flight delay. The property was clean, seemed recently renovated, and had everything we needed, along with some great recommendations of activities and places to visit. I would definitely stay again if I am ever in the area!

This condo was fantastic! The location couldn’t be better. Amazing views! The host and property manager were extremely responsive and helpful. Instructions were clear.
