Located close to the beaches, in a quiet area, beautiful type 2 apartment on the ground floor with terrace and garden, it consists of an entrance, a semi-open fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer above), living room opening onto the terrace and the garden with sofa bed for 2 people in 160, television, a bedroom with a 160 bed and storage cupboard, a bathroom, a separate toilet. A terrace with terrace furniture, parasol and two deckchairs.

Déception !

Appartement très sale, une société de nettoyage a dû intervenir et a mis presque 3 heures pour nettoyer 40 m². Four micro-ondes absent, il y avait eu une erreur dans la fiche descriptive (modifiée par le site depuis). Plaques de cuisson défaillantes, du coup une semaine au total sans moyen de cuisiner. Un détail selon l'Agence Plazza en gestion de ce bien puisqu'il y a un four. C'est bien connu, on peut tout cuire dans un four ! Gros trou sur le couvercle de la poubelle, donc impossible de la fermer, sympa pour les odeurs et les mouches ! Un autre détail pour l'Agence Plazza ! Terrasse et jardin qui auraient pu être agréable s'il n'y avait pas eu autant de fleurs, donc beaucoup de guêpes et de frelons, un peu compliqué de manger tranquillement en leur présence ! Et c'était sans compter sur la présence de blattes de jardin qui étaient en grand nombre dans le jardin et dans la maison, s'invitant jusque dans les lits, un peu rebutant pour faire de beaux rêves ! Pour résumer, que des points négatifs qui auraient pu être évités si l'Agence Plazza se donnait la peine d'être à l'écoute de ses clients !!!
