It offers a wrap-around balcony over the pool and glorious Gulf views perfect for relaxing and VIP seating for breathtaking sunsets. Master bedroom has a King size bed, double closets, TV, and on suite bathroom with walk-in shower and beautiful marble tiling. Guest bedroom has two queen beds, TV, and double closet. Second bathroom has a tub and ample bathroom cabinets. The main living room area has a sofa sleeper for any extra guests, and a 75” TV with DVD for great entertainment. The dining room seats 6-8 people, with a great upgraded kitchen fully equipped. Guests can enjoy a heated pool, and regularly scheduled activities at the club room. Washer and dryers are conveniently located on every floor. Condo comes with a covered car port with assign parking. No smoking anywhere on grounds, balcony or in condo. For nature lovers and water enthusiasts - Tigertail beach is just a short walk across the boardwalk offering various beach activities from jet skiing to paddle boards, as well as a lunch cafe.

Friendly complex and beautiful sunsets!

This was our first year at Sunset House. Our owner (Lazaro) was very responsive to any questions we had and our condo was exceptional! Everything in the kitchen one would need to enjoy dining in after sitting on the oversized balcony watching the beautiful sunset. The condo was spotless and decorated beautifully. Plenty of linens along with supplies to take to the beach. The pool was wonderful with seating available in the sun or shade. Our neighbors were friendly throughout our entire stay and the many activities available was a huge plus! We’re looking forward returning next year! Thank you Lazaro!
