The apartment is located 50 m from the Callou thermal baths, the Allier and the Rotonde banks. It is 200 m from the center of Vichy and its parks. So you can enjoy your stay without having to travel by car.
The apartment consists of:
an entrance hall,
a bedroom of 12 m2 with a 140 bed (new comfort bedding and box spring). A shower space and bathroom furniture. (Open wardrobe storage. The bed is made on your arrival and the bathroom linen is provided).
a separate hanging toilet.
A living room of 13 m2 consisting of an equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, electric hob, fridge), a table and chairs, and a small sitting area, (sofa, flat screen coffee table ). The apartment is equipped with Wifi.
This living room opens onto a large private terrace of 12 m2 EAST exposure. It will be fitted out for your well-being.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the residence (quiet) without elevator. You will also find a washing machine at your disposal. Parking is possible free of charge around the building.
