Great place for family stay. The place was clean and its equipment all in working condition. Calm and quiet as well very safe for our young kid to play there. Carmelo was very helpful and reacting very fast if something was needed. The offer's description is exact but the property looks better in real than on photos :) 100% of satisfaction and worth recommending for sure 8)

A property definitely worth considering!

The hosts should be given a 10/10 rating as they were waiting for us to arrive and hand over the keys even at 1am after our flight was delayed and we travelled through the night. We can't thank them enough. And they were always on hand via WhatsApp to answer questions, provide recommendations and help us out when needed.The house was very clean and a few basic essentials provided (coffee, sugar, bottled water chilled in the fridge on arrival. It has a well equipped kitchen for cooking, which is what we did most days, so tried and tested. Air con keeps the bedrooms really lovely and cool and can be controlled by yourself, which was delightful in the high 30 degree heat, and extra bedspreads are available if you feel a little chilly. The garden was immaculate with lovely views up to the town. It is a lovely quiet spot with hardly any sound from the nearby road or other houses, and you can walk down the little private road to the beach in less than 5 minutes.The location is really good but you do need a car as you can't walk to Campofellice town or supermarkets, but the journeys to both are less than 5 minutes and very simple to drive. There are restaurants dotted along the beach front and a lovely gelateria so if you plan to eat out all the time, then no problem. But we would recommend a visit to the town for the amazing views and the fantastic cafe bars that have wonderful coffee, cakes and other treats!Overall, a lovely spot, very well priced with great hosts!

sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus

Sehr ruhig gelegen, selbst kein sonst so übliches nächtliches Hundegebell oder Mopeds waren zu hören. Auch wenn auf GoogleMaps die Bahnlinie zu sehen ist, man hört die Züge dank der neuen Schallschutzwände nicht. Sehr sauber und komplett eingerichtet. Die Betten sind nicht durchgelegen. Wir haben auch nichts vermisst, auch nicht beim Kücheninventar. Sehr schön gelegen und auch zu den Strand ist es nicht weit. Leider hat es an unseren fünf Nächten dort geregnet. Aber das Haus ist mit der Terrasse auch dann wunderschön. WLAN ist stabil und sehr schnell. Die Vermieter sind unheimlich nett und hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Die Klimaanlage arbeitet sehr gut. Kleiner Tipp am Rande, in Campofelice di Roccella gibt es einen kleinen Bäcker (Panificio imburgia GPS: 37.991773, 13.886637) mit sehr leckerem Brot. Schade, dass wir nur 5 Nächte hier waren.

Perfekter Urlaub direkt am Strand bei Cefalù

Die Doppelhaushälfte ist wunderschön gelegen. Der hauseigene Strand ist auf einem privaten Fußweg schnell zu erreichen. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Auch nach Cefalù ist es nicht weit. Die Vermieter wohnen in der Nähe, sind sehr diskret und gleichzeitig bei Bedarf schnell zur Stelle. Die Familie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und gibt gern Tipps rund um den Urlaub. Vielen lieben Dank an euch alle! Wir kommen gern wieder :-)

Holidays in the cozy summer house of Carmelo

We had a real good time in Sicily. This is mainly thanks to very cordial reception by the house owner. On the arrival we received a bowl of freshly cut fruits and vegetables that we enjoyed during our week stay. We got also useful tips about the local town events like fresh market, concert, sight-seeing guidelines, etc. The house was very clean and well equiped to prepare meals. Five minutes distance to sea side. A temperature was almost 40 degree Celsius during our stay, but due to the proximity of the sea there was quite frequently a nice breeze. And the in-house air-conditioning was a salvation to us - people unaccustomed (we come from Warsaw/Poland) to such a hot. We recommend that location honestly. With its proximity to highway it serves well for jaunts to Cefalu, Monreale and Palermo. Monika & Jaroslaw

Traumhaftes Sizilien und pure Gastfreundschaft

Sizilien empfing uns nicht nur mit unglaublich kristallklaren und türkisfarbenem Meer und stahlendem Sonnenschein.... unsere lieben gastfreundlichen und herzlichen Vermieter übertrafen alles! Die Finca ist liebevoll eingereichten und komplett ausgestattet. Genauso sauber und gepflegt ist auch das hübsche Grundstück. Wir haben jeden einzelnen Tag sehr genossen und mit Stand und Meer vor der Haustür fehlte es uns an nicht! Unseren nächsten Urlaub in Campofelice di Roccella sehnen wir schon jetzt herbei!!! Mille grazie cari amici!!!

Sizilien empfing uns nicht nur mit unglaublich türkisfarbenem Meer und strahlendem Sonnenschein.... die Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit unserer lieben Vermieter übertraf alles! Esperienza da rifare

Abbiamo trovato questo appartamento tramite amici. Appartamento completamento nuovo, pulito e molto confortevole, dotato di terrazza, piccolo giardino, barbecue e doccia esterna molto comoda. La spiaggia raggiungibile facilmente a piedi tramite un percorso interno. Titolari della struttura disponibili e molto gentili. Ci ritorneremo appena possibile.

Casa ottima con tutti i confort. Proprietari gentilissimi è sempre presente. Purtroppo ho avuto dei problemi e non mi sono goduto le vacanze come avrei dovuto. Comunque per quanto riguarda l'accoglienza, la casa e i proprietari, nulla da dire solo grazie di tutto.
