HĂ©bergement agrĂ©able, trĂšs bien situĂ©, pour profiter de la plage.Les commerces sont un peu Ă©loignĂ©s mais cela nous convient trĂšs bien : moins de cohue de personnes pour accĂ©der aux supermarchĂ©s.Nous avons fait beaucoup de randonnĂ©es, et visiter plusieurs sites ainsi que d’autres villages.OlĂ©ron est trĂšs agrĂ©able car beaucoup d’espaces naturels, et des forĂȘts . Par rapport Ă  d’autres Ăźles sa superficie est plus Ă©tendue.

It's a very lovely and cosy house with nice neighbours! The beach is very close to the house and very beautiful! For Shopping you need the car but there are good ppssibilities for shopping almost 10-15 min driving time. The owner of the house a very friendly and helped us with every question very fast. We loved our stay there!

Eine sehr gepflegte, sauber Unterkunft in tollen Lage. Das HĂ€uschen ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und biete alles, was man brauchte. Die Betten sind gemĂŒtlich und nicht zu weich. Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit und am Campingplatz nebenan kann man frisches Baguette bekommen.

Belle location !

Jolie maison de vacances, confortable et bien située dans une petite résidence trÚs calme en cette fin juin. L'océan est tout proche par un petit chemin à travers les dunes. La terrasse/ jardinet est trÚs agréable et joliment arborée. Tout est parfait pour un séjour reposant. L'ensemble est en tout point conforme à l'annonce. Communication aisée avec le propriétaire et accueil sympathique.

Adorable petite maison

Séjour idéal ! Jolie petite maison propre, bien agencée, fonctionnelle et décorée avec goût, TrÚs proche de la plage ! Joli jardin clÎt, propre, entretenu et soigné : nos filles y étaient en sécurité et nous : sereins ! Résidence calme, agréable. Propriétaire réactif et à l'écoute. Tout cela nous a permis de passer un séjour idéal et reposant que nous prévoyons de renouveler avec plaisir !

Belle location

Tout était conforme à l'annonce. Nous nous sentons vite comme chez nous. Propreté ok. Petit bémol sur le stationnement car il n'est pas possible de laisser la voiture devant ni dans le garage.Les commerces sont assez loin, des vélos seraient les bienvenus. La communication est bonne. Nous étions hors saison et la petite résidence était donc trÚs calme. Possibilité d'y faire du télétravail.

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine dans cette maison. La maison Ă©tait propre, dĂ©corĂ©e avec le goĂ»t et trĂšs agrĂ©able. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un sĂ©jour agrĂ©able. Le fait d'ĂȘtre proche de la route ne se resent pas. Merci pour votre accueil, les biscuits et la bouteille du vin.

Das Haus ist top ausgestattet . KĂŒche hat alles , wan man benötigt . Sehr bequeme Betten. Schöne Terrasse mit Pergola . Man kann gut zu Fuß zum Strand Les Huttes laufen. Kilometerlanger Strand mit DĂŒnen . Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war perfekt.

Maison tres agreable pour des vacances en famille

Maison recente, confortable et tres bien equipee. Elle est decoree avec gout. Nous avons passé une tres bonne semaine sur l'ile d'oleron. La situation de la maison est ideale, tres proche de la plage des huttes et des pistes cyclables. La communication avec les propriétaires s'est tres bien passee. Un seul bemol : elle est proche d'une route et en cette periode estivale il y avait un peu de circulation.

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour sur l’üle d’oleron. La maison est trĂšs agrĂ©able et idĂ©ale pour un sĂ©jour familial avec enfants de 2,5 ans et 6 ans. La plage et les pistes cyclables sont Ă  proximitĂ©. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis par Mme Lucas. Suggestion d’équipement pratique pour les plus jeunes: un rĂ©hausseur et un rĂ©ducteur de wc. Nous recommandons et reviendrons sans hĂ©siter.

Maison agréable, plage à pied

La maison se situe à 2 pas de la plage. Elle est joliment décorée et est bien équipée. Le jardin clos et la place de parking sont des atouts également. Le propriétaire est joignable facilement. Nous recommandons.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette location. Accueil chaleureux. Maison lumineuse, confortable, bien agencée, joliment décorée. La terrasse fermée, arborée trÚs sympa. La plage est à 2 pas. Bref, on loue aucune sans hésitation. Nous reviendrons.
