Awesome house and hosts

We had a great time on our golf trip and enjoyed having such a great house to hang out afterward. The two living areas made for great space for the eight of us to enjoy each others company. Hosts were super nice and it was everything we had hoped for.

Amazing Place to Stay!!

This house and location on the lake is truly amazing. The pictures don't do it justice and it is even better in person; so clean, new, fully stocked, EVERYTHING!. Can't recommend this location enough. We will be looking to come back soon!

Dadeville Retreat

This property is great for families. It has lots of room and a great view. It is actually better than the pictures. The owners were prompt, professional, and very easy to deal with. I wish we had been able to stay longer.

Room for family

What I ioved about this property is that it's pretty new, very clean and has plenty of room for our group of 15 family members. Close enough to Auburn to catch the game and get back to enjoy the place. Excellent host.

Smith family vacation

Beautiful place. Everything was so fresh and up to date. We literal brought our clothes and groceries everything was well stocked. We had 13 people and everyone was very comfortable. Looking forward to our next stay.

Great for Large Groups with small kids

We had both 4 bedrooms houses on this property and it was awesome. We had young kids who could play in the water off the beach with all the toys set up by the owners. We had access their large dock and rented boats with ease. The area was plenty large enough for both houses to hang out and cook. Would absolutely stay here again.

Nice Winter Weekend

The property was perfect for our large group. The hosts were very easy to work with and the home fit our needs with the common spaces both upstairs and downstairs. We received prompt replies to our questions. We will definitely use this property again if we back come to Lake Martin.

Twins 16th Birthday

This place was amazing and everything I needed. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The property had so many amenities it kept the 10 teenagers we had with us very busy. I rented a boat from the owners and it was to convenient. I highly recommend and will be back

Best Lake House

Had a wonderful stay for a gorgeous weekend on the lake. This 2 1/2 story house slept all 12 of of so comfortably. Loved having the two full kitchens and enough space for everyone to spread out nicely. Marian is so easy to communicate and very prompt in responding. The pavilion and beach are is a super bonus! Would highly recommend!

Wonderful Family Vacation on Beautiful Lake Martin

We had three of the four houses in Holiday Cove for our extended family! Already planning to go back next year and reserve all four! Outstanding location! Dock with steps into the water and room to dock the three boats we had! Fans, lights and plenty of chairs and tables on dock. Nice little sand beach for kids. Very clean! Comfortable beds! Very spacious!

Exceded Expectations

The listing and reviews were glowing, and the actual property did not disappoint. The house is virtually new, very clean, nicely decorated, spacious, and fully equipped. The only downside is that it is not close to a grocery store, so some pre-planning is really helpful. Despite that, the property exceeded expectations, and we had a wonderful stay.

Nice Place!

We enjoyed our time together in this beautiful home. I wasn’t very happy with the kitchen sink being half clean. There’s not a lot of restaurants nearby (under 15 mins). The owner is very sweet and informative.. I would consider this stay again but I’ll have plenty of food options I’ll need to bring with me.

Happy New Year, Cedricka!! I am so glad your family enjoyed their stay in our beautiful home. We pride ourselves on hiring the best cleaners around! I'm sorry that they over-looked the kitchen sink. I assure you, it will never happen again! We do have many restaurants close by, Niffers, Oskars, Burritos, Coppers, Poplar Dawgs, Narvanna, Fusuion Grill, Nolabama, Lake Martin Pizza, Azteca Mexican Grill and a couple others. Unfortunately for you, on New Year's Eve some were closed for private parties and some were closed for the holiday. It was a pleasure hosting your group and we look forward to having you again. some of these restaurants were closed to the public for private parties

Terrible stay

The property owners wasn’t suppose to have no contact with us, they kept coming around and questioning us. We felt like we had no privacy, they started cutting grass while we were there, the rocks hit us from the lawn mower. They ruined our event, the worse stay possible.

Christina, We take great pride in keeping our home and the property gorgeous. Your group arrived two hours early while we were mowing the lawns. You lied about the number of guests. Your reservation stated 9, but you had over 25. We do not allow parties or events without prior approval. You exceeded the guest limit as well as the vehicle limit by 10 cars. And you took over the property. Your group showed very little respect for our home and left it in complete disarray. I’m sorry if you felt we ruined your event. But, you hosted a party that was not approved and should not have been held at our property.
