Misled by the Host

Location was excellent, However I felt mislead by the listing. First off my host is not really the host. She was a time share holder who probably never even stayed at the property. The property is World Resort by Wyndham Hotels. What I thought I was getting and what I got was different from the photos. Plus no Wi Fi unless I paid $5.00 a day per device. Very disappointed as I don’t remember reading this when I booked. I believe it stated we had WiFi, they just left the paying for it off the listing. We had 4 adults and two children. I had one king bed and two twin beds in the other room. Which meant one couple had to sleep In Separate beds. The pictures online showed a king in one room and another king and twin in the next room, which was not the case. We ended up making it work by putting The children in the small living area on the pull out couch. We spoke to the service desk who said they get this complaint a lot and are looking to leave VRBO. All and all it was a good stay. The hotel staff was great and accommodating.
