Our stay at the villa was great. Location was perfect, its only 5 minutes walk to the main drag of restaurants, bars and supermarkets, but far enough away as to not hear any of the hustle and bustle.
The pool, although not big, is so welcoming and the garden does get the sun all day with pockets of shade for when it gets too hot.
One thing that wasnt on the website was that the air conditioning is set to a timer...2-4pm and 8pm - 8 am. They do provide 2 fans to use at all other times, which worked well
The Agni Customer Care team are excellent, answering a couple of questions and even coming round within 15 minutes to sort out a problem we had

Flott beliggenhet, alt var i narheten med mange flotte restauranter og den nydelige stranda. Skulle onske meg bedre senger og mer lys ute ved bassenget slik at vi kunne hatt sitti ute pa kveldene. Huset er nok mer for fire enn seks personer. Men vi kommer gjerne tilbake for dette var en flott uke.

Location
Villa Belgica is situated close to the beach and is ideal for those seeking a relaxing holiday on Mallorca without the need of a rented car. Located in the sought-after area of Port d'Alcudia, with its amazing sandy coastline, the villa is set just 10 minutes walk away from the beach via a pleasant flat path bordered by small shops and a variety of restaurants between the pretty lakes of Alcudia.
Alcudia: is the capital of the northern Mallorca. Famous for its beautiful medieval town built in traditional stone and perfectly preserved. The wonderful sandy beach, made of the finest white sand with shallow turquoise water, is fringed by excellent restaurants and bars. Finally, for the lovers of natural environment, the natural park of S'Albufeira will be the perfect place for walking, cycling or bird-watching.
Pollensa: is located at the north-east corner of Mallorca, and set in one of the most unspoilt and beautiful areas of the island. With its traditional buildings, stone-built churches, pretty alleys bordered by flowers and excellent restaurants, Pollensa is the perfect place to "live like a local", in contact with the friendly Menorcans and the lush nature.
