Long Beach is centrical to everything in Panama City Beach. Located in Tower 3, this two bedroom is located in one of the most desired towers. It's beside the Lagoon Pool and the Tiki Bar. The eleventh floor offers sweeping views of the gulf, you're able to see for miles. The new owners spared no expense when furnishing and renovating!!

The entire condo has tile wood-look floors throughout the unit. No carpet! The living room offers brand new sofa and love seat. The sofa does turn into a queen sleeper. There is a brand new, massive flat screen TV in the living room. The dining room has a brand new dining room table that seats four, with three bar stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has all brand new appliances, updated cabinets, and granite counter tops. The owner also installed a large farmstyle sink. Off the kitchen is a laudry room, which offers a stack washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed and huge flat screen TV. In the master bedroom, the mattress, the bedding,and bedroom furniture are all brand new and of the highest quality. The ensuite master bath boosts a double vanity with new fixtures. The master bath has a large garden style tub and shower. The guest bedroom has two queen beds and another large flat screen TV. Both mattresses, the bedding, and all the bedroom furniture are brand new and very high quality. The guest bath offers a double vanity with new fixtures as well. The guest bath also offers a large garden style tub and shower. The large private balcony has also been completely tiled. The balcony furniture is brand new and is the solid, very well made Polywood furniture!

Long Beach Resort is ideally located near all the great restaurants, amusement parks and shopping (WalMart is right across the street!). There is a huge lagoon pool (6800 sq ft) with islands and waterfalls, two polynesian pools (seasonally heated), three whirlpool spas, a poolside bar and grill(seasonal), on site jet ski/umbrella rental, 24 hour security and gated access with plenty of parking.

Retirement Vacation

Long Beach Resort has been a go to for 10 years. This particular unit was comfortable with the exception of the noise from the elevator. The floors were not washed or dusted. My husbands feet were black after walking on them. I wore slippers. The filter in the air purifier was so dirty it did not help with air quality at all. The air purifier made a terrible buzzing noise the entire stay. The unit is for sale and I would not purchase it as the cupboards are original and could use updating in both the kitchen and bathrooms. A shower stall would be much better than the huge tub in the main bathroom for the aging group.

Family Vaca

Condo was very nice. Elevators went out for one day which was not cool due to being on the 11th floor but they were prompt with communication attempts through Kins Condos even tho the security guards at Long Beach were quite rude about the situation. We got to check in early which was great when you have such a big group coming and can stagger the loads. Shower curtains had some mold on them and the kitchen could be stocked better but overall it was a very nice stay and we enjoyed it. Thanks Kim’s Condos!!
