On the heights of the green area of Sarlat, less than 2 km from the medieval city, this old mansion dating from the 18th century overlooks a well-preserved and very little urban valley. In the countryside while being only 800 meters from all shops (hypermarket, bakery, pharmacy etc.), you can also, for good walkers, walk to the historic center of Sarlat from the house climbing the hill by a wooded path.
Family house now available for rental, it is located in the heart of a private property of 5 hectares of meadows, terraces and forest nestled on the hillside, of which you will be the only occupants and where you can enjoy the beauty of the site in complete independence. The dry stone terraced gardens conceal unspoiled corners of nature conducive to rest and contemplation. The small square "parish garden" will offer you aromatic herbs and small pickings depending on the season.
The house, completely renovated and furnished with respect for its character, will charm you with its authenticity and comfort. For two people, we offer all the equipment of a personal home:

• The 20m2 bedroom, with a 160x200cm double bed, wardrobe, piano and armchairs.
The bed is made for your arrival (with duvet and two pillows per person).

• The bathroom with shower cubicle and WC, first aid kit, hairdryer.
The house is equipped with a water softener.
The bathroom linen is provided and includes a glove, a hand towel and a bath towel per person..

• The kitchen :
 With complete household appliances: fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor, toaster, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, repair kit (tea, coffee, etc.), linen kitchen (tea towels, tablecloths ...).

• The dining room, open to the kitchen, with stove in the fireplace.

• The living room with sofa, armchairs, TV, stove in the fireplace.

• Other comfort equipment: TV, free wifi, washing machine, dryer, upright freezer, garden furniture, gas barbecue, iron and ironing board.

• Complete baby equipment on request (no extra charge): crib with box spring and mattress, pillow and duvet, high chair, bathtub, reduction seat for the toilet and footstool.
• The "extras": piano, trampoline.
• Electricity, heating and water are included in the price.
• Deposit: 300 €
• “Departure cleaning” service: 40 €.
• A complete documentation on the region, the sites and activities to discover as well as useful information for your stay, is on site.
• For reasons of hygiene and allergy, our animal friends are not accepted.
