Stay at St. GEORGE

The property was excellent. Exceptional provision of utilities, everything that could be provided, was. A couple of perhaps. minor complaints:1) the directions to the property were woeful. Using the Sat Nav took us to St. George. The property is not in St. George village! Fortunately my wife speaks good French and was able to contact the key holder and obtain guidance using her mobile, keeping contact until we arrived. Anyone who did not speak French would have found it nigh on impossible to find the property. 2)The grass had not been cut. Although this did not affect us particularly, it was over 30cm long by the end of our stay, which I think would be a problem for a handicapped person or young children, as the ground was quite uneven underfoot.

Bien pour notre chien .par contre il serait urgent de faire des travaux :un coup de peinture général et recoller les papiers peint , mettre une porte vitrée sur la douche en remplacement de ce vieux rideau de douche ,la serrure de la porte de garage basculante (entrée de la maison c'était bien dans les année 1980) qui se barre; comme l'année dernière la même targette pour fermée la baie vitrée ; pour 2026 ce serai bien de mettre la wifi, car par jour de pluie et vents plus de télé , peut être vérifier les systhèmes de fermetures des volets battants des chambres; acheter une râpe à fromage et puis ne pas louer votre maison quand la maison de votre voisin est en travaux : bruit de minibulldozer , marteau piqueur et gros compresseur à air travaux de démolition dès 8 heures du matin camion de toupie béton " super les vacances " dans une maison des anneés 1980 dans son jus et que je ne réserverai plus pour mes prochaines vacances à l'ile d'oléron

idéalement placé pour aller dans les différents endroits de l'île

nous avons surtout pratiqué la marche, visite du phare de la citadelle Seul bémol à cause du temps ; nous nous sommes pas baigné Nous avons néanmoins apprécié ces vacances. La maison est bien clôturée ce qui nous a rassuré pour que notre chat ne se perde pas. La maison est très fonctionnelle rien ne manque.

Correct mais bouillant et en zone tel blanche

Surprenant de rentrer par la porte du garage, la fermeture de la baie vitrée est à réparer mais surtout l’absence de réseau téléphonique qui nous met en zone blanche. Pour le reste logement bien équipé. Le jardin mérite un peu d’entretien.

Séjour sur l'île d'Oléron

Logement très agréable et spacieux pour 5 adultes. Nous aurions pu passer de bons moments à l'extérieur le soir si l'île n'était infestée de moustiques. Vraiment dommage

gite bien place près d'une belle plage (2km) au bout de l'ile

gite bien placer , au calme ,spacieux, près d'une plage (2km) et de visites . fonctionnelle et bien équipé .sauf le wifi qui ne devrai pas figuré sur l'annonce . wifi du voisin , très peux accessible du gite , a moins de se mettre dans le jardin ou dans une chambre . malgré tout ,ca nous a fait du bien cette déconnection .
