The villa is set back from the main road which carries minimal traffic by a parking area and entrance court. On the southern private side the loggias, living-room, garden and pool open to the sun and view. Two lower buildings frame the entrance court and lead to the main building which houses the living spaces on the ground floor and five bedrooms on the first, all with ensuite bathrooms, for a total of ten beds. The entrance court is framed by two lower buildings, housing on one side a separate guest suite, and on the other a garage and utility room with a separate service entrance to the kitchen. The front door opens onto a hall with doors and windows which onto the loggia and from which a staircase leads to the first floor. The property is air-conditioned throughout by a central system feeding individual fan-coil units. The interior is enriched by separate room colour schemes in red, umber and green, reflected in the colour of travertine inserts in the floors with ceilings in chestnut beams and joists, and bathroom claddings in mosaic and travertine. A paved and pergola-protected area for deckchairs and tables is set in the lawn which divides the house from the pool, (15 metres by 5), seasonal opening.
