Villa Bois de la Chaise 100M Anse Rouge Beach 6 People

Villa ideally located in the classified site of Bois de la Chaise 100M from Anse Rouge beach by private driveway and state-owned wood.
Charming old house completely renovated in 2005, accessible by private road and located in the most beautiful part of the island, the ladies' beach is at 300M and the Souzeaux beach at 200M. Sailing school at 500M, tennis courts, the village with its bicycle rentals at 1km, riding school at 3kms.
Facing south and very quiet, it overlooks a garden of oaks, mimosas and strawberry trees, table, deckchairs and garden chairs on the lawn. The house is part of a larger whole, completely enclosed and closed.
It is separated from a main house, visible from the children's rooms, either by natural hedges or by a fence of wooden posts linked together by stainless steel turnbuckles.
Master bedroom on mezzanine with two separable beds, two bedrooms on the ground floor overlooking the garden with two beds each (one of which is a bunk), bathroom and separate toilet.
A large living / dining room with large fireplace, American kitchen, make it an ideal home for family vacations. Electric heating.
Children welcome, non-smoking rental, pets not allowed. Parking space on the property. located in this protected site, fires, barbecues and sound systems are prohibited.

Endroit parfait pour séjourner sur l'île de Noirmoutier et maison très agréable. Le Bémol est la présence des propriétaires dans la maison secondaire sur la même parcelle.
