Beautiful new house in great location

We had several families (all adults) that needed to stay together for a family memorial service in nearby Sherwood, Or. The property was beautiful and perfect for what we needed. The house is spacious and with 5 bedrooms/3 baths and fit 9 of us very comfortably. It is a new house and although there is not a lot of extra furniture or décor, it had everything we needed to be comfortable, cook meals, and relax. The kitchen is large and beautiful and there is two separate family rooms to watch T.V. or relax. It is easy access to I-5 and the 205, making it easy to get to Portland and the surrounding towns. It has great parking including inside the garage, and is in a beautiful neighborhood with a lovely park across the street and walking paths along the Tualatin River within a half mile. I went for a run from the house to the path; it was beautiful and I felt very safe. Our host, Mei, was amazing. Her communication was outstanding and responded quickly to all of our requests and questions. She was concerned with our needs while we stayed there and it was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this home, especially for a larger party.

We did host 2 short rental villa at Florida. The experience is pretty good, a lot of nice guests. The problem is remote managing. As a far away owner, sometime we get feedback problem from guests, but could not do too much for our guests. Local manage company follows certain rule and sometimes pretty cold to our guests. So we decide to have a short rental home locally.

Why they chose this property

I like the property so much. lot's new technologies(smart home, high energy efficiency, anti-noise windows, anti-mold siding). A realtor could not refuse it.

This community enjoys close access to indoor and outdoor recreational opportunities. Nearby is The Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge, which overs expansive wetland access along with a 2.1 mile trail. The Bridgeport Village shopping center offers big name retailers, dining and entertainment options.

What makes this property unique

The location is so convenient. Everything is nearby(highway, bus, shopping, restaurants, startbucks, gym etc.) So many back roads to avoid traffic. Sometime I was guided by GPS to a unique farm or countryside. It just make me love Oregon even more.
