This ground floor villa is truly stunning. You'll love relaxing in the huge open floor plan great room. There is a queen sleeper sofa and love seat and two beautiful chairs for relaxing. The man sized TV has Roku Streaming in HD for your viewing pleasure. The entire property has Lux Speed WiFi, too.

The Second Bathroom is adjacent to the Coastal Cottage Bedroom and has a tub-shower combo and a single vanity.

All bedrooms have flat screen TVs with Roku streaming in HD and the condo also offers a washer and dryer in the kitchen pantry.

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.
