Comfortable apartment (with WIFI included) 38m2 on the 3rd and last floor of a beautiful Norman residence Sec Clos Mathilde overlooking the park Aquilon. The residence is located 300 m from the sea with secure access by a pedestrian path, 15 minutes walk from the center and the Grand Hotel, 300 m from the thalassotherapy. It has a very nice balcony (with 4 chairs + table), quiet and not overlooked with beautiful views and unobstructed.
The accommodation does not have a lift.
The accommodation consists of a living room with dining area 5/6 people, sofa bed 140cm, TV 80 cm, mini channel. It has 2 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with additional TV and 1 small independent bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet with washbasin. The kitchen is fully equipped: 4 vitroceramic hotplates, dishwasher, fridge, 1 small traditional oven, 1 microwave oven.
