    The owner was wonderful. We had everything to enjoy our stay. Very comfortable. Walking distance to downtown west palm. Lots of great restaurants and activities just minutes away., I would definitely rent again and highly recommend this condo

    Not what we expected

    Condo overlooks a four lane road with a heavy volume of traffic. Sirens, horns, 16 wheelers are just a few of the constant noise. And, as an added bonus, trains pass by on a daily basis. Can be very difficult to relax on the balcony.

    Thank you for your comments. Yes it can be loud on the balcony, but that is true for most of the condos and apartment buildings in West Palm Beach. You are in the heart of a busy city here. The condo is very quiet inside since the building is modern and well insulated.

    Elegant Condo in a Perfect Location

    This unit is in a beautiful building, with a stunning lobby, in the heart of West Palm Beach, with the Hilton on one side, and the elegant Restoration Hardware rooftop restaurant on the other. Walking distance from newly designed Rosemary Square, which is full of shops and restaurants. The infinity pool in the building is lovely and doesn't get overly crowded. The unit is impeccably decorated with a modern flair. The rental comes with the use of parking space located on the same floor, which is very convenient. The owner, Gary, was very helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone who wishes to experience the Palm Beach/ West Palm Beach way of life.

    Best bet in West Palm Beach

    This listing is all that it promises. The unit is clean, attractively furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. In addition to Direct TV it has Netflix and Prime Video. The building is conveniently located in the heart of WPB and is just moments away from Palm Beach Island. It has a large and well equipped fitness center and an enormous pool area. Best of all is the owner. He is immediately responsive and any issues are handled right away. He employs a handyman right in the building who is available at a moments notice. Should I ever again need a VRBO, I would rush to get this one.

    Great summer in West Palm!

    We just finished our summer stay in West Palm Beach. The location is amazing! Walking to the square and Clematis Street for dinner and ice cream was such a great ending to the day. Lots of restaurants to choose from and they were all delicious. The beach is a short 5 minute ride away and the pool at the complex was fantastic. Thank you for a great summer!

    Wonderful Property and Manager

    The property owner was fantastic. He was accommodating, honest and wonderful to deal with! Our Daughter and her friend rented this place for the summer and loved it. The owner was available to them whenever needed and was always checking in to make sure everything was going well. The place was very very nice and a fantastic location. They also loved having the electric Bus shuttle that was available. Highly Reccomended this property.

The building management is AAA, well staffed and will cater to you for whatever you need to make your stay comfortable. There is a great group of residents living there.

    Living here you can walk to The Kravitz Center, The Convention Center, Rosemary Square, shopping, restaurants, groceries. There is also a free bus that will take you around the area and the beach on Palm Beach Island.
