Jayhawk and mass st lovers must stay here!

So much better than any hotel in town. Perfect location to all the best restaurants, bars, and shopping on Mass st. This was our second time and don’t plan on staying anywhere else when our son becomes a Jayhawk himself. Stay here and enjoy a nice relaxing time❣️

Charming Loft

This was the most charming, sweet loft! Plenty of room and everything you might need. We really enjoyed being close to dining and other activities. So glad we got to stay here!

This property is adorable! Super clean, all the amenities you would need and the host was very responsive! The location is PERFECT! Easily walk to downtown Lawrence and farmers market. If I ever make it back to Lawrence, I would definitely rent again! Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely Weekend in Lawrence

What a perfect spot to stay for a weekend in Lawrence! This place was so cute and had every amenity you could think of. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants and it was very pet friendly. It was also comfortable and quiet. Will definitely return!

Cozy stay close to it all

Jenny was great about communicating check-in and was helpful. This was a very nice place that was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location could not be beat as it was within a couple blocks of everything on Massachusetts Street in Lawrence. Highly recommend.

Race Weekend

We came into town for a race weekend and we’re thrilled with our accommodations! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Hello Sunshine is perfectly located within walking distance to bars, restaurants, and even farmers market! It is equipped with everything you need and the host is so accommodating and communicative! Would definitely book again!!

Wonderful place in a perfect location!

I stayed two nights at the Hello Sunshine with my dog and was SO pleased with the whole experience. The apartment was so comfortable, clean, cute, and had everything we could possibly need (and then some!). It's just a few blocks from downtown - we could easily walk back and forth to shops/restaurants/parks and got to go "home" to a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood. The hosts were responsive and great to work with. I'd definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Lawrence.

Weekend get away

We wanted to stay close to Mass street in Lawrence. Hotel prices were very high, so I started looking at VRBO and found "Hello Sunshine". What a jewel of a property. It had everything we needed and more, was close to downtown, including the Farmers Market! We will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits to Lawernce!!
