Charming house of 200 m2 located on a plot of 1,500 m2 with private pool in a small Charentais village on the edge of the Dordogne (Périgord vert). For up to 9 people (4 bedrooms, 3 with double beds).
Quiet house with exceptional views of the surrounding countryside.
The house is made up of an old renovated barn of 70 m2 which constitutes the living - dining room and the fitted and equipped kitchen and another part with two floors which overlooks the garden which houses the 4 bedrooms.
Very bright the living room gives both on the terrace on one level on the garden and also has a nice view on the Romanesque church.
The house houses:
- ground floor: a large bedroom (140 X 200 bed) with two windows overlooking the garden, toilets.
- on the first floor, a large bedroom (160X200 bed) with a view of the garden, a bedroom (90X190 bed) with a view of the church and the bathroom.
- On the second and last floor a huge family room with a double bed (possibility of 2 90X200 beds) and three 90X190 beds. Baby equipment on request.
The 1,500 m2 garden extends in front of the house. Deckchairs, barbecue are at your disposal to spend pleasant moments of relaxation in the garden. Outdoor games are also available for children. Table football. The private swimming pool (7 X 3.5 m) is secured by a cover to NF standards.
Canoeing, hiking, fishing, mountain biking (bike rental on site possible), La Prèze international golf nearby.
Quick access to the lake of Saint-Estèphe in Dordogne and the very beautiful lakes of Haute-Charente.
Visit of Angoulême, La Rochefoucauld, Montbron, Villebois-Lavalette, Nanteuil en Vallée, Verteuil sur Charente, Brantôme, St Jean de Côle. The spectacular prehistoric caves (Vilhonneur, Chazelles…).
