Villa of 2015 in a quiet dead end in a residential area, close to Avignon (direct bus in 8 minutes), southern exposure, very bright. Shaded terrace, garden and swimming pool isolated from looks. All rooms (living room, bedrooms) are equipped with wall mounted air conditioners. Living room with open kitchen and large central island. TV and WIFI.

In total 3 rooms with beds possible for 6 adults + 1 baby + 1 young child (under 7 years).
Either in detail: A suite (bedroom + private shower room) in Ground floor,
and on the first floor two bedrooms, one for a couple and another family (double bed + cot for children under 7 years + baby folding bed) with a bathroom common to both rooms

Piano for music lovers, and library provided not to mention the board games or toys for the youngest. Ideal for family (high chair, cot and cot, baby bath, stairs and pool secured)

 Late arrival possible (key box), departure before 9:30 am at the end of the stay. End of rental cleaning by service provider included in your price.
Bed linen provided as well as bath towel. TV and WIFI.

No smoking in the villa (smokers will be kind enough to smoke in the garden). Shops and bus stop 300 meters. (direct for the ramparts of Avignon and its festival in 5 minutes). Provencal market and weekly flea market in the village.

Two mountain bikes will be at your disposal for your neighborhood shopping, to go to the Provencal market on Thursday or to discover the island of Barthelasse, real green lung of Avignon!
