With 12 ft ceilings situated on the 2nd floor this corner unit condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

Master bedroom hosts a king size bed and ensuite bathroom

There is also a spacious Den which offers a pull out couch for additional overnight

Super nice condo...we so enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and wonderfully decorated. Clean and move-in ready! The owner was very accessible and answered all of our questions and needs. We would definitely stay again if we visited Naples.

Absolutely beautiful condo. Great spot close to everything. Everything here looks new and super clean. Very quiet area as well. The host, Nancy, is the best!Very helpful and accommodating. If you’re looking for a place in Naples, I highly recommend Nancy and her gorgeous condo.

This was our first time renting through VRBO and Nancy, the owner made the entire process very easy. She was fast to respond to all questions and couldn't have been nicer to work with. Perfect Location

The property is less than a year old and spotless. Very quiet and a beautiful sunrise off the back second floor lanai. Spacious and well furnished. Only 20 minutes to Vanderbilt Beach public access and only 30 minutes to downtown Naples and the Naples pier. If you love golf....this is the destination. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Could not be happier with my stay.

Beautiful!

We really enjoyed our stay on Pocida in Esplanade! The home was beautifully decorated, very clean, had a pretty water view, great floor plan and very comfortable beds! We loved sitting in the lanai area! She had everything we needed and more! The neighborhood is beautiful too with friendly neighbors as well! We even had a change of plans on the last day and the owner was exceptionally kind to help us! Thank you so much for our wonderful stay!!

Home away from home

We had a very comfortable stay in an immaculate and well appointed condo! Nancy was very accommodating to any questions we had about the condo or community. We were there looking for a community to buy into and we found Esplanade to be one of the nicest! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
