The area's best shopping, finest dining and night life is conveniently close by. Property was purchased in 2019 and is a multi family property with a swimming pool. Has many nice features such as cool deck for the pool, artificial turf, updated kitchens & bathrooms, central AC, both building were stuccoed and freshly painted inside and out. This unit comes with beautiful wood floors in the living, dining & bedroom and has porcelain tile in the kitchen and bathroom. The property is like brand new. This is the perfect place if you want to be close to the best that fort lauderdale has to offer and is best for the price.
